I have an rs5 on my 06 cbr600rr, I like it but not loud enough for me, I want it to pop and spit flames too. What needs to be done? Flash tune and cat delete? If I do this, will it be louder than tone or should I just go toce? If I go toce, do I still need flash tune and cat delete to make it pop and spit flames?
If you want it louder, I would go Toce, without the cat delete the Toce is still louder than the Yosh. Now with that being said if you want to go louder, then do a cat delete. Keep in mind you should/recommended to get a flash tune to correct the air and fuel mixture when deleting the cat. The yosh can get a little louder as well with a cat delete but you still have a muffler to muffle the sound a bit, with the Toce u have two little baffles trying to calm the sound down lol. I’m sure with the cat gone u can spit some flames since the cat isn’t there to stop it, Thanks for watching 👍👍
@@Acesmoto at one step should I really look for backfire? Is a flash tune going to help that? If so, could I do that without the cat delete if I decide against the cat delete
@@dylanchandler2610 yeah a flash tune will help out to any mods you do to your bike, they will unrestrict the ecu and bring it to its full potential, is it as good as a actual dyno tune, no but it will correct the air and fuel with most of mods u have, I will have a new video on my ecu flash and set up soon, on how the bike feels and list of mods and drivability
Love this style of the cbr. I just bought an 09 600rr. It has a yoshi slip on but still has the cat. Would you suggest removing the cat for better sound? I had an 09 last year sounded way better cant remember if it had cat delete tho. Kinda torn on what to do lol
If you see my other video of the new bike reveal, it has the yosh with the cat still intact. If your going to delete the cat I recommend getting the ecu flashed, reason being cause now the air and fuel mixture will be different, and if your going that route, might as well change the air filter as well. So with mine I did the cat delete and air filter and sent it in with my mods so the air and fuel mixture can get corrected, it’s not as good as a pure dyno tune, but they can flash it with the mods that you have, as well adjust timing, air fuel, and lower fan temps, etc etc
I have the exact bike same same color same year with a Toce, beautiful bike man! Where did you get the rear seat delete? Also would you recommend removing the cat? I still have mine on.
Thanks bro! The seat cowl actually came with the bike, But I have seen them on eBay for sale. Decent priced too. If your flashing your ecu I would recommend it, just so they can to get the air fuel mixture corrected. But if you don’t plan to, I would just keep it on. 👍
@@vitjuha96 yeah and air filter, the flash has a modified decel fuel cut, so it might be the extra fuel that’s burning off, it’s so the bike doesn’t nose dives when you get off the throttle, smooth transition when shifting
It’s probably from the tune, it has a decel fuel cut, so it keeps spitting a bit of fuel so the bike doesn’t nose dive when you change gears or left of the throttle
The cat delete does have the potential to spit flames but getting the Ecu flashed or even dyno tune with a fuel/air remap will pretty much guarantee you to shoot flames on deceleration. Best thing I did for my bike
Could be both, it has a flash tune on it, so it has a reduce decel fuel cut, where the injectors are still spitting a tiny bit of fuel when getting off the throttle, makes the shift smoother when shifting, doesn’t make the bike nose dive when the engine breaking hits
I bought the mid pipe to delete the cat, I cut it off and slapped it on, but had exhaust leaks, so I ended taking the header off and taking it to a muffler shop and had them weld it, u can check it out on my IG acesmoto.
@@stasKZ I have a flash tune on the bike so it was recommended to get rid of the cat and add a new air filter, when I had the Toce on there it was just crazy loud, I loved the Toce with the cat still on it lol

Honestly you need to cat delete any stock bike i would do that first with your rs5 and its simple you’ll probably like it alot more
