I'm surprised Leoten Semper's name wasn't on the wall of honor, he played an important role in helping forge the alliance between the Imperium and the Eldar and also achieved great renown during the Gothic War. For more information on him: warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Leoten_Semper
@@MarvinT0606 The Imperium didn't have much choice in the matter since they were out gunned by Abaddon's forces and the Gothic Fleet couldn't get reinforcements from outside the Gothic Sector because of the warp storm engulfing the sector at the time. The Gothic War lasted for around 20 years and the warp storm lasted for almost that long and didn't dissipate until near the end of the war. Forging an alliance, even if temporary, with the Eldar was needed if there was any hope of preventing the Gothic Sector from falling to the forces of Chaos.
@@MarvinT0606 Perhaps. Like I said, Semper also achieved great renown during the Gothic War from the battles he fought and his name and deeds were still cited as an example of naval valour by the time of the 13th Black Crusade. Other than playing a critical role in helping forge an alliance with the Eldar, or at least help get the ball rolling, his ship (Lord Solar Macharius) oversaw the evacuation of the planet Belatis in the novel Execution Hour when the planet was targeted by the Planet Killer; he even had to fight his way off the planet at one point with only minutes to spare before Planet Killer fired. The Macharius also managed to get a detailed scan of Planet Killer before making the warp jump.
I'm watching this after seeing a video on Harlon space pirate, and I honestly think that the Imperial Navy is so much better. No OP pirate manga crap, just raw human power and strong imperial steel! That bloody pirate stands no chance against this navy!
technically the last mission have 3 different outcomes. 1- You lose the battle and get the cutscene of the fortresses destroying the star. 2- You stop the planet killer with at least a funtional vessel and get the ending cut scene just from the part of the boarding of the fortresses onward. 3- You manage to stop the planet killer but you have no funtional ships by the time it finish his "dead" animation and you get this video that is basically the canonic ending
In BFG:A, you can actually ram the same ship several times in sequence by hitting the 'All Ahead Full' and 'Full Stop' commands in sequence, repeatedly. With the Imperial Navy and their heavy armored prows, it's basically a cheese tactic.

sooo did admiral spire die or not?
Hmm.... Blackstone fortress really dwarf in comparison with the Dark Throne. But is the Dark Throne are more powerful than the Fortress or the Fortress are stronger.
I'm surprised Leoten Semper's name wasn't on the wall of honor, he played an important role in helping forge the alliance between the Imperium and the Eldar and also achieved great renown during the Gothic War.
For more information on him:
warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Leoten_Semper
It would be a bad precedent, forging alliances with xenos and all.
@@Sigma0283 but acknowledging that fact in a memorial or anything that can be transmitted is something the Imperium will never do
@@MarvinT0606 Perhaps.
Which of the Blackstones did Slaanesh possess?
I absolutely love how hammy most of the lines in Warhammer games are
It would make amazing ANIME
Captain Abridal : By my actions the Imperial Navy shall be honored !
40k slaves working aboard the ship : Bitch please !
Does someone know the soundtrack's name from 1:38 till the end?
Song?
The deciever be like; IG on my fortress? Oh hell to the fuck no.
*BOOM*
*Revenge for Cadia!*
So a c'tan plotted to destroy the blackstone fortress?
How do you get this ending?
I'm watching this after seeing a video on Harlon space pirate, and I honestly think that the Imperial Navy is so much better. No OP pirate manga crap, just raw human power and strong imperial steel! That bloody pirate stands no chance against this navy!
What's the difference between the two endings?
Listen to both. There is more emphasis on the ending speech with this.
Really? Because I REALLY can't tell the difference.
Yes, really.
technically the last mission have 3 different outcomes.
Don't sue that channel....
Welp thats the power of a weakened C'tan
If you have a problem in Warhammer 40k ram it.
In BFG:A, you can actually ram the same ship several times in sequence by hitting the 'All Ahead Full' and 'Full Stop' commands in sequence, repeatedly. With the Imperial Navy and their heavy armored prows, it's basically a cheese tactic.
Freaking epic!!!But then again what isn't about 40k.
and yet i can never find a match :/
