H for quick loot, just hold H and run your mouse above the items. hold Alt to look around while running
I use H all the time but my ALT look don't work.... I use it a ton on Rust.

under 5 minuts gang the uwu got me
Tip: while running hold alt and turn to sides to alt look
its bugged for him so he cant
my alt look doesn't work for some reason.

CPU Intel I7-12700KF, GPU 4070 TI Super, 32GB of ram. I built this PC 2 years ago and just upgraded my GPU from a 3060TI on Black Friday.

Your sensitivity is a bit high and that's why you play badly. I just wanted to give you some advice.
it’s not even that high and every pro player will say high sense better
Low sense is better
Not always
