Reacting To “Incel God” Jordan Peterson In New Olivia Wilde Movie
HTML-код

- Chris and William Costello react to Olivia Wilde’s announcement that Chris Pine’s character in Don’t Worry Darling was based on “incel god” Jordan Peterson. Is it accurate to call Jordan Peterson a leader of incels in Don’t Worry Darling? Is Olivia Wilde correct that incels are white? Should Don’t Worry Darling be seen as a politically neutral movie?

Incels are disproportionately from minority backgrounds; 36%. After claiming that they're angry white men, I wonder if Olivia Wilde is as keen to call them 'entitled' given that her comments are hurting people of colour. Checkmate, bigot.

Wow. Just when I thought I couldn’t dislike her anymore. It’s clear she just has a pocket full of buzz words and phrases she uses to boost herself serving/self righteous ideas up to the individuals who have zero understanding of how the world actually works. They know they can't win a debate with Jordan, so they have to resort to personal attacks.
They feel personally attacked and avoid the debate because they associate themselves with their ideas/ideals.
Typical tactic of anyone, online or offline, in my experience, when it comes to any criticism of Jordan Peterson.
Frankly, I don't know who Olivia Wilde is (I don't know if I spelt her name right, frankly, I don't care) but I can't help feel that my life is better for not knowing a person, or their work, who's effort is centred around making money from pontificating poorly researched, ill-informed opinions.

I'm from the time when dating and "hanging out" was the way you got to know someone. There wasn't any of this jumping right into sex. Each person had to gain the other's honor and respect . If I could say anything to men who are frustrated with women, please hang in there. Not all women are bitches. Besides, what would we do without you guys?❤
Consider the change related to the dissipation of what the Bible refers to as one "cleaving" to another. In order to "cleave, " one has to *know*. If one can't cleave, they effectively become beholden to their *beast* instincts, of which sex and manipulation of another are two extremely powerful *beast* impulses.
Why is the ability to "cleave one to another" evaporating?
The truth is hidden in plain site, and has been this whole time!
Read Daniel 2:43 -- it is Biblical prophecy!
Daniel 2:43 - "And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, *they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another,* even as iron is not mixed with clay."
Now, you may quickly, and mindlessly, write this off because you don't believe the Bible, not realizing the documented word being deployed by those who wield the global Money Power and the veracity of the Bible itself are two entirely different things!
For those Bible believers, two entirely different things can be inextricably linked, but need not necessarily be so.
IOW, the Money Power Families (Royal and Banking Families) are financing Biblical prophecy upon the masses because they effectively believe it gives them a license to degenerate humanity outside their family line in a way that is completely sanctioned by God, and they fully expect to be rewarded by Him! No, they don't care what you are I believe, and they control the global monetary systems so they don't have to care.
Anyone desiring a big paycheck will be concerned with their agenda, though, and how to implement it upon the masses of Muppets.
Back to Daniel 2:43... metallic iron filings were mixed with the food supply beginning in 1941. That is when iron began mixing with the seed of men. Read verse 44. God's Kingdom will be setup within about 100 years of that mixing beginning (the lifespan of a Royal).
Got CovFeFe (and, yes, covid is all about reactive iron being unleashed and overloading the cells as evidenced by exploding ferritin levels in the worst cases. Exploding ferritin in the serum means exploding reactive unleashed by that ferritin into the cell before it was unleashed into the serum).
New Crown Virus... a new crown implies a new kingdom, no, and right in line with the timing in Daniel 2:43-44 (and it doesn't matter if the Bible is real or not, the Money Power can read it and finance it as they see it, *and they are.*
...
Daniel 2:43-44
43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

@@vivienneb6199 You do realize that our primary biological drive is to procreate? You also do realize that sexual selection neurally reaffirms a man's worth? You do also realize that in the dating market, both men and women are resources, where the interest looks at the characteristics of a potential partner and selects them upon it? Much of the person's happiness depands upon a relationship and mutual consort, as is biologically ingrained in us, so it IS critical that we pursue this. You must also realize that it is the biological role of the man to rise and for a woman to chose, this is the reality. Jordan Peterson has never once displayed any sentiment or word of what you note. how does anyone interpret Jordan Peterson this way?! What kind of bubble do these women live in? To dismiss him in such a trite and cliche way is just intellectual laziness.
Had to laugh when she referred to him as a pseudo intellectual...talk about the pot and the kettle 😂
A Hollywood bubble

Or cheap publicity
She's the wrong type of feminist. She prob was paid to make movies like this to discredit him (strong masculine men). Seems the culture now to disable men, make them weak. Less honorable men, less demands to process.
If men have to do something to deserve sex with women (and not think they're "entitled" to it, as she says) then so do women. We should always strive to be better partners to deserve our men. It's about being a decent, mature person in a comitted relationship. But it seems for many feminists, women are perfect little angels incapable of harm, and have to be put on a pedestal just for being female. Now that's entitlement.
I think it’s pure projection on her part, it’s well known she slept around for Roles, now theirs guilt
Thats what you dont understand, women can get sex easily the average man has too have something, whether its how he speaks, confidence anything he has to have something of value, maybe he's a bad boy that makes you feel emotional? etc etc etc
Society flipped the script and made a world where women just ARE and men have to BE.
It used to be that both sexes were pushed towards being the best version of themselves that the other sex would want.
Then the feminists started claiming that what men wanted in women shouldn't be listened to, but ignored.
Why then should men listen to what women want?
And presto you get incels.
Plenty of femcells these days too.
Then those women are not feminists. They just think they are. The word here would be sexist. Words have meanings lol

I used to think I was an incel because I wasn’t having as much sex or great dates as I wanted (even though most men my age were not having any or very little at all) but the truth was as an 18 year old freshman in college just barely above average looking who’s only 5’6, with nothing to offer but potential, biologically and logically speaking I was and honestly at 21 still am no where near as attractive as I could be. The best dating advice I ever could’ve hoped to receive as a man was to build a life that a woman would want to be a part of, and that takes patience, effort and grit which are the antitheses of what a lot of the left pushes. The few women and dates I do find myself enjoying are the result of years of studying what women actually want vs what they say they want and what they need and expect from me as an American man and changing my approaches to women and life swiftly and accordingly
Well said.

I am an asian woman, and I quite like him. This is insane to portray him as such evil man.
Let's all hear what the person who made her career out of being an incredibly attractive woman has to say about what it's like to be an unattractive man.
Well if it makes you feel better she’s about to hit the wall harder than Dale Earnhardt and then she’s going to get to experience life as an unattractive woman for the rest of her likely miserable existence.
They're catching up quickly in terms of lacking attractiveness once their timeline leads 'em up to that wall without any doors they gotta pass nonetheless ......

LMAO Best comment!!!! She's got some womansplaining to do!
What makes someone an incel exactly? I have trouble finding women because I deal with severe mental illness, does that make me an incel? And if it does, why are incels hated so much? Why does having anxiety and depression make me a target for hate. And why does listening to Jordan Peterson sometimes to deal with my anxiety and depression, make me a bad person? I'm very confused. The only advice I've ever received from Jordan has been stuff about improving my own character. Its just stuff I've heard in AA or therapy, but said more eloquently. What is the issue here? The really funny part is that Peterson has actually been the cure for some of my more incellish like behavior. Things like blaming the world for my problems, holding resentments against women. I already hardly did this, but to the degree that I did, he's helped me do it even less.
Great piece.

It's a story of Snow White and the evil queen and I think Peterson was explaining that one. Jordan peterson has done so many positive things especially for young people and for young men.
I just can't believe that there are people that will literally make a movie about someone and not know a damn thing about them. My god people are detached from reality.
Note that "incel" means a man who is NOT in the top 4.5% of looks. We should start calling 95% of women "non model quality".
it could also mean men with unrealistic expectations. you can probably date an equally unattractive, unremarkable woman for years and not be considered an incel, but most young people (understandably) want to play the field a bit. in that case a good 75% of men are probably not going to get the results they want
@@casperowens2482 INCELibate men are not looking for women...that the whole point of being an incel...
Where did that 4.5% number come from?
@@casperowens2482 I'm just going to point to decades of Hollywood movies where the attractive smart guy or the attractive athlete is a jerk who hurts the woman who is attracted to him, and the main character is the dogged nice guy loser who ends up getting the girl in the end because he's the nice guy.
It's actually a really toxic model of dating and relationships, but it makes for a good movie that makes people feel good about its intentions, when really what Young hopeless romantics need to see is that they need to make themselves better people instead of vulture dating where they wait for a girl to be on the rebound.
There is one problem why some men claim they can’t get a woman. Women want a good looking man, men want a women who look like a model.
What a brave woman. It must be really scary to fight against an army of straw men that she herself put up.
".. who believe they are entitled to have sex with woman" - how tf do they come up with this stuff?
@Sez B Sounds creepy af but alrighty
What if no woman wants the man? Is he still entitled?
@Sez B most of history and our genealogy would show the opposite. In most cultures polygamy has been common for higher tier males to mate with multiple females and other males to go without any at all. Our genes also show more female ancestors than male ones meaning we’re more descended from men with multiple wives
@Sez B The devil is in the details of how you define 'entitled', and what the basis of that entitlement is. The word is too loaded.
@@annanieminen4335 what if no one wants to hire a female candidate as a FTSE 100 CEO? What if no man wants her? What if she’s overweight? It would be mens fault for having “unrealistic body standards” and “not giving a fantastic candidate like her an executive job because of misogyny” and that men that reject her advance “have got small dicks” etc etc. Feminism is the ideology of entitlement. When men have the audacity to reciprocate, the feminists viciously move against them to put them back in their place.
Woah good call on Daniel Day Louis as JP, I'd pay good money to see that. He said he retired from acting apparently after that last Paul Thomas Anderson movie but it'd be worth coming out of retirement to see him play Jordan Peterson in a movie.

Nothing more sadistic than making fun of using the word “incel.” It’s all fun and games insulting Men but even joke around with a woman and you’ll go to jail.
It is also sad to hear someone twisting the meaning of the word from someone who did a study related to it.

I managed to date and have one night stands growing up as a teen in the late 90's and early 2000's, which allowed me the ability to become comfortable talking to women but I feel that if I was a teenager today, I'd be an incel. Something has definitely changed and not for the better and my heart truly goes out to young men.
I sort of feel like the whole "improve yourself'" thing is a but deceptive. I just sort of feel for most people it's more like .. exist in social spaces with womwn
Yes this is vital for socializing people.
I think what's changed is the prevalence of social media. When even average women are getting dms from a dozen 6ft tall buff multi millionaire guys on instagram (and don't realize he just wants to have s3x and would never even consider a relationship), why would they want to get with an average man?
It looks like around 75% of teenagers around my area are incels today lol. Women want nothing to do with average looking blokes anymore.
What has changed is the scale at which people can locate and form a relationship with a partner. Back then, it was friend circles and hangout places, now it is the region at large, if not the world for many. The efficiency of it has allowed select top men to s3ggs plenty of women, raising their chosen partners' personal standards, with no intention of dating them due to the fact all women gravitate towards them allowing them infinite choice, leaving even above average men with weak and seldom opportunities. Ultimately, these women that get ac tively chosen for f4k will not be chosen as long-term partners and will end up alone, shifting blame yet again to 'men, pigs!' considering only the top that played them to their benefit back then as men at all.
Peterson has been a driving force in helping guys get their shit together. Many of them alone with nothing more than sheer willpower and some guidance from J.P. Surely that’s a good thing. He’s done more for young people in the past few years than anything else I’ve known. He seems to be one of the only people willing to trust young people with who and what they are and what they may be capable of, for good and bad. He’s the universal father many people need.
Which makes him an arch-enemy to the misandrist female supremacy agenda commonly known as "feminism". 😏
Thank you guys for this great review!
I seem to recall maybe 10 yrs back or so, Olivia did an interview talking about her step father being a cold, military guy who never told her she was pretty or that she could do anything she wanted to. JBP being the father figure he is, is probably why she has such an issue with him.
Honestly I wouldn’t want my stepfather commenting on my attractiveness. That is weird. For one thing why would you trust his opinion? A nice dad is going to say you are pretty unless you are horribly disfigured. A dad who is a jerk will lie to you just to mess with you so if you asked your stepdad if you were pretty would you ever believe his answer? Also why do you want to know how sexually attractive your stepdad thinks you are to the opposite sex since that’s the root of what we find beautiful. I would say she has some very very serious daddy issues and probably should be seeing a therapist to deal with them.
I'm pretty sure she doesn't even have a serious issue with him but parrots what is necessary to get proper funding for her stuff she wants to realize. It is, in cases as obvious as this one here, usually much more opportunistic and much less elaborate than You would think.
Never told her that she could do anything she wanted to? How could a girl grow up now a days without everybody constantly telling her she can do anything she wants to? don't they know women are ALL wilting flowers, withering grass and melted snowflakes in need of constant boosting or they'll implode and shatter into a million pieces of insecurity... I mean STRONG EMPOWERED WOMYN?!!!!>>!!>!?!?!
Some years ago I tried explaining to a fellow female friend what Peterson is really saying and offered to play some of it so she could hear for herself. She started shouting that she didn’t want to hear it. So much for going to the primary source.
It really is odd how so many of the people that HATE Peterson know virtually nothing about him. Hell, it's worse then that because a lot of what they think they "know" about him is *literally* the opposite of what he talks about. Like when people try to connect him to white identitarianism but in reality you'd be hard pressed to find someone more against identitarianism then him. What a strange time to be alive.
You shouldve headbutted her.
Weird how common it is. It's as if there is a subconscious fear of being wrong (morally and epistemologically) preventing individuals with low Openness to try new ideas.
She knows if she listens to him she will not find anything fundamentally wrong with his words. She’d rather remain ignorant and pretend he’s an incel nazi

theyre appropiating incel culture without having any incels in the movie, very incelphobic of them
I wouldn't see myself as someone who looks up to Peterson, but I think I can see why plenty of other people do. And the way Hollywood regards him and his subscribers as pests is an example for the fact that the predominant symbolic class (at media, the arts, the NGOs, and most of academia) genuinely does not care about the struggles of regular men.
That's their prerrogative I guess, but don't come complaining when men start organizing among themselves and off the sight of main institutions.

@@edgar9651 yeah, I guess I said I don't look up to him because every time he publicly discusses an issue outside his expertise, more often than not (it seems to me that) he gets things wrong. And I don't think he is any better than other outspoken academics in that regard.
My argument is that Jordan Peterson has become the surrogate father or uncle for multiple generations of young men who were spoiled rotten by self-confidence-based parenting and bad parents, and he's just giving the advice that they should have already gotten at home.
Holy crap just the start of what she said is so NOT Peterson. She's clearly never listened to one full lecture of his, read any of his books or watched a full video from his channel on RUclips. Everything she said at the start is pulled from other peoples' opinions on the internet. She hasn't done her research in her desperate bid to pin her perceived problems on someone else.
Great show
You should watch his daughter's reaction to the news (the man himself inadvertently makes an appearance). Highly entertaining!
The absurd irony of Olivia Wilde calling anybody let alone Jordan Peterson a pseudo intellectual.
It is an inane claim. Peterson’s h-index - a measure of an academic’s number of average citations - is about 52. To contextualise this, Nobel laureates tend to have a h-index of about 60. He is borderline Nobel laureate level. Peterson is a serious intellectual…
It takes reasonable amount of effort to read Jordan Peterson's books, watch his lectures and then do an academic analysis and finally come to a conclusion like "INCEL GOD".
And that's why Olivia deciden to do none of that
It doesn't take a reasonable amount of effort, it takes an hour or two of time to actually listen to what he's saying to understand that he cares and he gives advice to help people.
JP has helped millions of people around the world. People who disagree with each other under many other circumstances come together to hear what he has to say.
Dr. Peterson's message is literally "If you notice a problem, don't pray that someone will come and fix it. Go and fix it. The world will get better if you do that." And I think that it's a very paternal message that a lot of young men are missing right now. No one is telling them that it's their turn up to bat, and they don't know how to recognize that or reckon with it.
1. What is wrong with famous Brits named Harry and their choice in mates.
2. Olivia Wilde - Literally who.
3. She sounds like a typical toxic woman who is way into her feelings and short on objective truth.
Shia LaBeouf exposed her as a liar and now she continues to dig a deeper hole for her dwindling career, by insulting someone for no reason. Pathetic
How embarrassing is it to be shown to be a terrible person by Shia of all people? I mean it would be worse if it was Ezra Miller but still.
Let's also not forget how she is trying to push the moral high ground story, yet she had issues with the first actor she tried to cast due to abuse allegations and then she cheated on her husband and broke up her family so she could sleep with her younger employee Harry Styles. Imagine if the roles were reversed on that one, the press would have a field day and cancel culture would be out in full force.
Thank you for saying this, when I read what that actress said, it really bothered me because JP is anything but what she says he is
I consider defamation towards JP
The most revealing line in this interview is when Chris says "I wasn't familiar with Olivia Wilde before this story came out". If actors want to get parts these days, then they have to promote regime narratives. It's that simple.
Take Lenny Henry for example. His career was over until he suddenly discovered identitarian race politics in his 60s. Now he's in the Rings of Power. Why do you think Oscar Isaacs and Brad Pitt wear skirts to film premieres? It's the price they have to pay if they want to secure future roles.

What I find "insane" is how utterly misinformed Olivia Wilde appears to be. Clearly, she has never been to one of his sold-out talks, read one of his best-selling books or probably never even watched any of his highly viewed RUclips videos. What she has done, it seems, is to of read a bunch of lies on the internet about Peterson and believed them without a seconds thought. That's truly frightening.

It’s reckless that Olivia Wilde is that misinformed yet has the temerity to say such untruths to a journalist where her words will be recorded. It’s lucky that Jordan Peterson is not a litigious man. It just shows you how detached she is from reality.

I've been following Jordan Peterson since 2017 and from what I gather from his talks is that it's not exclusively for men, it's more about how to make the best of your life and see the world for what it is but still have courage and hope. He does so through relating psychological and other scientific research through philosophy and stories.
It's funny how that message seems to mainly appeal to men, while most women (although not all) would rather just blame someone else (usually "the patriarchy") for their problems instead of trying to improve.
