Hello Satchan, there’s something I find strange : apart from pork belly we don’t have meat sliced like you have . Meat comes in thick blocks , sometimes 500 grammes, even 1 kilo . Steaks come in at least 1 centimetre thick . Other meats , for stew , come in chunks 3x3 cm ... I have a question : you use soy sauce in most recipes , doesn’t it give everything the same taste ? My favourite thing for flavour is " herbes de Provence " . Have you ever tasted that ? Have a good evening 😊

I didn't know that.There are many different kinds of soy sauce, from sweet to spicy, and by changing the ratio of not only soy sauce but also sweet sake, sake, and sugar, you can create a completely different taste even if you use the same seasonings. It's interesting.This is the first time I've heard of herbes de Provence. I'm very curious about it.
