So because you’re not paddling or have pedal assist, do you have to pay insurance on this and buy a tags and all that crap so it’s a continual expense or can we use it like a bicycle that’s Electric what’s the deal?

May I see this vehicle next to a regular car, And I can't tell if it has a radio. Mine will be red with a black cargo bed.

For that you need the Model 611 with a 4X8 ft bed and a load capacity of 750 lbs. Or use the HD1500 that can carry 1.5 tons in bed length to 12 ft. See on Website. (ENOUGH SAID)
@@MegaDhz none of my trucks are Tonka and I don't have to buy 3or 4 other trucks to haul a ton
@@phillipnichols9898 Just one HD1500 trike can carry 1.5 tons. No need for 3 or 4. We also make 1.5, 4, 6, in the small sizes of 4 wheel truck, with 55 ton dump trucks the largest in the road line and 110 ton in the off road mining line.

Are enclosed trikes still considered bikes and does it need a license in Maryland?
They are considered motorcycles or motor scooters in Md. in the Moped class. They have to be titled and registered and you need a license of some sort but they do offer a Moped operators permit

For disabilities there shud be a wider front seat available, so a person can get in & sit near the door, then slide over.

May I ask why you can't add an extra wheel to the front,and make it a 4 wheeler? I mean it's cool but one good pot hole and you would go through the front windscreen!
If you make the vehicle a 4 wheeler, then its illegal to go faster than a maximum speed of 25 mph, and cannot be used on streets with higher speed limits. There are also no legal allowances to drive 4 wheelers at ages as low as 14, for older people with disabilities, or to drive without license and insurance as in many states. Your assumption is incorrect. If you were right then every motorcycle driver that ever hit a pothole would be dead. A light 4 wheel vehicle that catches a pot hole on one side will catch it again as the rear wheel goes over it. So two strikes. Just what makes you think that a pothole will stop a 850 lb vehicle so hard it will through the rider (who is wearing a seatbelt) through the front.

No electric only in general. We can do serial hybrid on some models.
