BJJ Lesson 25: How To Pull Guard In Nogi - Fundamentals Of Guard Pulling

In Nogi we can't establish as much control as we can in the gi, at least in the sense of how long we can maintain control and break alignment on guard pulls. There are various control schemes to accomplish this, and these grips can of course be used in the gi as well when you cannot get a collar grip. Same goals apply; pull directly into a sweep or submission!
