What the hell?!!! How was that thing able to leave the factory... Glad to see someone do it right. Sad to see that it wasn't done right from the getgo. Awesome stuff, subbed!

This was EXACTLY my feelings when I went to do some work on my parent's OP15. Pathetic. They also have an OP2 which was equally as awful.
Nothing quite as egregious as what you found.
Are those really Copper Clad Aluminum wires? The insulation on them is TERRIBLE.
That DC terminal block/distribution block thingy is positioned TERRIBLY, making it impossible to work on the system. I'm doing similar to what you've done with a set of bus bars and 3 BattleBorn Batteries. Would love to get my dad to get rid of the el cheapo inverter. We put a Victron MPPT 75/15 in the OP2 and I'm thinking the OP15 needs the same. They used a cheapo $10 PWM controller and the whole control panel up front below the bunk beds is useless with how much voltage drop it sees. I think they also use a 0-10A voltmeter/ammeter display so when charging with 40A/50A etc you'll never see what you're charging at.....I haven't even got into the wiring in front for all that stuff.
