Why the hate on intermittently fasting? Research shows that it doesn’t matter whether you get all your calories in one or two sittings or in multiple sittings through out they say as long as the calories add up the same by the time you go to bed. Fasting increases HGH secretion. HGH = gains. The import thing is that you are constantly at a caloric surplus while breaking down muscle. That being said, I can see that it may be way easier on your stomach to fit smaller portions inside your stomach throughout the day than to cram all those calories in at once and be uncomfortably full. Either way as long as you are working out and eating a lot you should be fine. Still I find the shade casting on IF was unwarranted.
Yo! I wake up around 2:30 to start my day sometimes to work out if my job shift starts at 5:30, it gets the workout out of the way and if I don't feel like training after work, then I won't feel as bad.

There is no such thing as a hard gainer people are different yes but everything is relative to what you compare it to so you can't really know what a hard gainer is In the first place
Early SQUAD where you at
Yo! I wake up around 2:30 to start my day sometimes to work out if my job shift starts at 5:30, it gets the workout out of the way and if I don't feel like training after work, then I won't feel as bad.
