On The Road - The Manhoff Archives

Hidden from view for decades, a trove of color images taken behind the Iron Curtain by U.S. Army Major Martin Manhoff comes to light. This is Part Three of the Manhoff Archives, a four-part project that provides an unfiltered view of what life was like in the U.S.S.R. in the early 1950s.
As the Soviet Union adjusted to life without Stalin, the Manhoffs took their travels to the ends of the U.S.S.R.
