You had 200 US supervisers in china with eyes on the production of that steel... you still have US workers on the bridge construction! But...this is a problem ..california may have lowered the cost in 400 millions... but a full USA company would have created alot money who would stay in US...now that 400 millions are gone! A chinese worker receives 12 dollars a day... have no rights... no one in our countrys want that !
