Drove F100s in the late 70s and 80s. They were aviation yellow. All 6s. Great vehicles.
Would make sense if this one was a original a 6 as well
Was this truck shipped from the states or built there. I noticed it is RHD. The sticker or plate on the door should say where it was built and date of manufacture.

Thought I'd help you guys out a little. Assuming that truck has the NP-435 transmission, which is what it most likely has, it does not actually have a first gear synchro. Just fyi👍

This location is seaside, the salt air rusts them out fairly quickly

@@biggussniffus5537 seen it over the last 49yrs to dozens of cars and why rust proofing is such a big business and the first option when buying a brand new cars, so I’m not kidding, your fridges and washing machines rust out just as fast. And I’m talking less than 2 miles from the ocean, look at every other car and machine in the video, steel laying around is all rusty, just a part of life champ

Fix it ,find a tub lower it on same chassis with drop axles,get another good cab for old mates 8o chassis,keep the heritage with feul injection carby swap
