All of the areas you named are great! Allied Gardens,Del Cerro, San Carlos are all similar neighborhoods that I typically recommend to clients looking in the central SD area. Especially if they want a more mature neighborhood feel. Tierra Santa I am not the most familiar with!

Inspections are tricky... La Costa owner got slammed with 3 pages worth, paid $4k for staging ( take pix to return all the staging as they set it,) and ultimately wrote a check for $100k to move that property. I made that much profit on my O'side studio.🤦🏼‍♀️ He now is having fire insurance coverage issues for living in unincorporated Vista😱. You're a great pro to have in my corner for future consideration Nick thanks!💁🏼‍♀️

Indeed! Inspections can be really tricky. Not to mention once a more specific issue is found it’s time to bring in another specialist to further diagnose and provide a remedy $$$
