Bhaiya, I have a question, jab hume array mein kisi position par element insert karna hota hai toh we do shifting, but bhaiya kya hum XOR operator ka use kar sakte hain yaha pe I mean that way we can swap the elements. Matlab, hum pehle element ko last index pe insert kardenge if array is having a vacant last index and then we will just keep swapping until we reach our target position.

I have taught what is a function and how to call a function in previous lectures. This lecture I introduced what is an array and how to use different methods on array.. Also, I explained each and every line of code. Well, if this course is not beginner friendly then what is? When you commented first, I thought it is genuine. Now I know, you are not here to learn certainly :(
bhiaya isme deletion me ek problem h agar meri pos 0 se kam aur pos n-1 se jada hoto to bhi usme last position zero ho ja rhi h isme bhi if (possize-1) lgega syd?

yes correct, to avoid array out of bound, we should always check if index is present in the array or not
