Firstly if you have PCMB in your class 12th then only you can pursue BTech or Engineering. having only biology in class 12th you can not do BTech. and second thing if you can do best in Biology subject (Doctor or other medical things) then you should go for it because coding is not that interesting as it seems to be because it is based on logics that how much you can think. although software engineering nowadays having very good opportunities and good salary package too. but it is totally based on you . So i advice you to choose wisely as both medical and software engineering are good field to make carreer.
