you really nailed it for me on the accountability part. I've made commitments to myself numerous times and haven't followed through because I don't have a problem letting myself down. now I just need to find someone who will hold me accountable (and I can return the favor for them).
Well I have tried a 66-day-challenge recently but unfortunately I failed on week 3, I'm certainly going for this one and hopefully it will be the life changing challenge I've wanted for so long. Thx man for the inspiration! Cheers.

Everyone have to see your videos, your mentality. You're a kind of life teacher and this kind of discipline have to become a real discipline and you have to become an example for her. I totally understand the energy thing. Lean steak is good for protein but it's so heavy and difficult to digest that it zaps energy. And with dairy products, they made me so tired that I would have to lie down after eating them. I gave up milk a few months ago and really missed it for awhile but now not so much. A great substitute even though it sounds weird is to put freshly squeezed orange juice (better to keep the oranges in the fridge) over muesli instead of milk. It's really refreshing.

u seem like a genuine person, taking action to better oneself takes power internally. up until the "eben pagen" involvement, you had my attention. toxic to your dev. as smoking a brown paper bag. Once again, if im taking the energy to type & advise u, you may want to at least in the slightest... listen and research. goodluck
