If you ask me, Mitsubishi's current Pajero dating back in 2006 is a lot more outdated, to be honest. From looks to luxury appointments and mechanicals, etc.
Nice honest review. I have the 2016 2.8Gtd with the 150ltr fuel tank. 100k on the clock and never missed a beat in our Australian climate. She has done her fair share of outback work and never seen a BMW X5 on the tracks. New Land Rovers are rarer than hens teeth in country Australia and the Audi Q7’s are hard pushed to get out of a wet car wash on a summers day... give me old school and great resale every day.. 🤙🏻
Nykyisiä citymaastureita ei voi edes verrata tähän klassikkoon, toimivuus ja jälleenmyyntiarvo aivan eri luokkaa. Osta tämä auto jos haluat turvan lähteä milloin vain minne vaan💪🏼
You don't get a V8 on a Prado anywhere on the globe. Other markets have a 2.7 i4 petrol or a 4.0 V6. The 4.6 liter V8 is only available on the Lexus GX460.
under the new front and back moldings there is a very old car. in NewZealand a very expensive vehicle to buy - esp. if you want the KDSS which is only on the top model. however, owners of these have traditionally enjoyed very little depreciation or maintenance costs. all in all - an old fashioned SUV - and hard to justify against some of the more modern and stylish euro cars unless one wants a real workhorse type vehicle. your review is very good
oh god, he doesn't like the plastic on the steering wheel, it's so hard. you'll probably scratch your nails in it. Why would you complain over such a thing? the land cruiser never wanted to be a toilet on 4 wheels for the ladies. I haven't heard women reviewers in Australia complaining about the hard plastic. I'm guessing you're stressed because it also doesn't have a tampon holder?
The problem for this is that for similar money you can get a Land Rover Discovery that tows up to 3.5 tons and drive far more dynamically and has far more power and even better performance. Its in a different league and Toyota really need to do a proper ground-up update to this model. You are short and there is room for you, but in reality it is poorly packaged. The main improvement on this model is the third row seats that fold into the floor rather than up and to the side on previous models.
But Toyota will keep their price better. Will be more reliable, and has a higher rear seats. In the Disco you feel like you are squatting. But for 65-70k euros a car that will never break down and that you can take anywhere is a good price. If you want speed and space, maybe consider SQ7 pre owned. It can be found at around 70-80k euros, 4.0 diesel 400hp quattro. But it can mount a curb and thats it, no off road. So, consider what you need a car to do, and research cars that fit your needs.
Underpowered to do what? Maybe drive across sand dunes at break neck speeds, travel dry creek beds at highway pace, drive river crossing at jet ski rates or even lead foot it through the local school area. Or maybe you can try, it’s not that great for towing!
Thats the whole point of LC. Everything is outdated comparing to new Mercs or BMW, but will outlive everything. They just perfected the old tech.

And its a bluming expensive

Too nice my dream car... this car very convenient for Mongolian big land and cool guy as like me
Informative review, thank you. Loved the humour especially the comment about the Smart car.
The car looks great, well, at least on the outside.

I'm getting mine in white in a few weeks! Can't wait!
Its a great car - congratulations :)
Thank you! Your review here has helped me a lot to decide on it.
Excellent user review for this type of vehicle.

your review is very good
4.0 V6?
Could you tell us what brand of winter tyre you are on.
I can't say i remember what the test had... they were all season i believe, not studded i think..
It got a handbrake!!! and that's enough, however even if the 2000 buttons are bad the real worry is the MOOSE test.
Kudos for the great reviw
Marfran Dema I think it would do better than the Hilux.
Passes the big Red Kangaroo test at 120kmp if that helps..🙏🏻
Fentastic review
Great review and the first Prado I would own, as I love the looks.
Thanks :)
Good review, is the cabin quiet?
Was that Peacock Black? Awesome review.
Prado is the best
the zoom in transition while editing is cool. but it can easily be too much. The viewer ends up not being able to focus on the scene.

Great review, well done bro!
this isn't a review mate, I think that you are just complaining about the car. why not change title to "POV of a perfect driver"
If you watched the video to the end, you would see that i really liked the car!
Thank you for the video.
Do the i30N next :)
I’ll try and get my hands on one :)
Dude it has a 666 reg plate?, what the hell

Suured tänud heade sõnade eest! :)
give him a nobel price
Great car but it's getting crazy expensive. I don't if it's Toyota or the dealers.
Agent. K. Just buy used one that rich people doesn’t want anymore lmao
What a useless review, 70%,of the time talking about hard plastic...
You don't get the point of the land cruiser!!!
Useless Review

Up and aside is Land Cruiser V8 for certain markets. This is LC Prado. The V8 is lux model of LC while Prado is more like... semi lux...
Stefan Kurcubic v8 is the best, but overpriced!v8 is not available for eu market!

Mr Carson toyota every day,everywhere!
Disco is most beautiful but unreliable!
Under powered Prado... Not worth the price...
