I have only been drinking water for the last 6 years, switched completely to water after I was drinking 2-3 cans of coke a day and god I couldn’t feel any better, I occasionally have a can of soda and by that I mean once or twice a year, I don’t drink any drinks period. Try water you’ll thank me later.
Possibly the best case scenario, but how in the heck do you go from 2 cans of delicious mouth watering cokes to absolutely nothing instantly. I am maybe 2 days off my favorite sodies and just can’t accept that this could be the end. Hope I can get on ur level someday , cause I have some serious inflammation issues lmao
@@BWRProductions1 it’s totally doable, your body is so used to the amount of sugar code has that’s why it a bit hard at the beginning but eventually you’ll get used to it. At some point you’ll forget soda even exists lol hoping you’re doing well on water. Stay healthy and hydrated
The only ones I question is the skim milk and juice, even 100% real juice has a ton of the wrong kind of sugar in it and they put sugar in skim milk to make it taste good, your better off with whole milk, more fat less sugar and studies have shown especially for diabetics a high fat low carb low/no sugar diet is the way to go. As a diabetic it's water, milk, coffee and hot tea for me. Suggestion....ice water with lemon and a touch of Splenda, the best lemonade !
bro the peace tea one isnt adding up. theres two servings per can, you show that one serving is three tsp of sugar, yet one can is 9 tsp of sugar?! shouldnt it add up to six tsp not nine? also you say one serving is 50 cals, so one can should be 100 cals not 150 LMAO
Anybody with any common sense knows sodas and energy drinks are loaded with sugar, one you might not is orange juice but its nnot a bad sugar,you have to watch how much fruit juices you drink.but no one should drink sodas are energy drinks
This video should receive a couple of millions of views the least
Why would you recommend juice? That's just as sugary as any of the drinks you showed
No add sugar and its natural
Should still only drink glass a day
@@dominickjustave3558 no added means nothing, if they top 30 grams a bottle
@ҠɪпɢLυcĸʏ Nebu That's definitely false

Wow! What a great eye opener. Nice presentation, thank you.
This video is super helpful to help me with my science fair project thank you!
Nah, the monster one!!😳😳😳
I should be dead. Quitting all drinks but water now.
Juice has a ton of sugar in it too, avoid juice and eat fruit instead, that way at least you get the fiber too.
Milk is full of milk sugar that is not labeled. Overall, a fantastic video!
You should've done mountain dew, that is the king of most sugar in a drink
