I heard this song for the first time, back in 2013 . All of the sudden it just came to me again this morning. I really love the message that , God thinks nothing but loving thoughts towards me, and I don't need the world's approval. I'm so glad i found this song again!

The very One (God) that you need most, is the One that you think is only there to judge you and tell you that you are a failure the same way that so many others have as you grow up. Thanks to prayers, friends, mentors, John Eldridge and songs like this for shaking the negative stronghold that I had of myself and God. I am learning through as many avenues as I can to see myself as He sees me, and grow to be the man He sees me to be. It's never too late to start having victories over the devil.

It's about writing a new story, and I hope that I can help other guys along the way to lose the wrong image impressioned on us growing up. God is about loving and building you, not destroying you. Forget the head knowledge that Jesus loves you, and find something that stirs you with this message and then keep reading it until it becomes heart knowledge that you really know to your core and feel. Then you will change the path and stop the lies of the devil and you will start something amazing for your family and those around you. You may be a good person, everybody thought I was a good person. But you become a Kingdom changer when your core beliefs are changed to a true understanding of how God sees you and loves you. Anyway, time to get off the soap box.

even though the Newsboys is my favorite group, this song is pretty amazing to people. it tells us to believe in God. it tells us that God loves us no matter what! John 3:16 clearly states it: For God so loved the world that He sent his only begotten Son, for whosever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life! (that's my favorite Bible verse)
I LOVE the part at 1:16! As someone who loves God's creation, I could see God looking at all that beauty and thinking "I need someone to share this with Me." Then dreaming me up since I have loved nature since I was a baby. I don't have to be what I am not! I can share that with Him!

Awesome song!!! The only approval we need is God's and we already have it, because He loves us so much He sent His son Jesus to die for us as a sacrifice, so that we can spend eternity with Him. What an amazing and beautiful God we serve!
I remember listening to this when it first came out back in 2014. Not understanding the message they were trying to sing and vocalize out. But now I understand, I don't need the world's approval. I myself am fearfully and wonderfully made. God loves me for who I am, flaws and all. I don't give a damn of who doesn't, God I love the way you say that Im beautiful! I don't need a man to reassure me, I have you!
This song is so freakin' addicting, religious or not. I don't know why people argue. The lyrics are versatile enough to be taken in more than one way. Just enjoy a good song when you hear it. We don't get enough good music like this...and the singer's voice is amazing. For sure, I'll be checking out more of Veridia's stuff in the future.

I remember watching this band performing at Winter Jam and the Pre-Jam when they were first starting up (a looooonnnnngggg time ago) and loved them. I just re-found this band and am falling in love with them all over again. Totally worth the listen!!!

I discovered this band literally yesterday at the Evanescence concert. I fell in love with their music since the first song. Loved it so much, I bought a tshirt and a CD.
Christian band right they are awesome
They wanted to do a second leg of the Tour in April 2020 but that was postponed. I just checked and it looks like it's only Evanescence and Within Temptation in September 2021. Please tour too Veridia and I fly from Phoenix, AZ home to Germany for a holiday.

I had the pleasure of meeting these guys when they opened for Evanescence in Charlotte. I told them they have an incredible spirit that they just spread throughout the place, and it was incredible! i really hope they keep this going....their talent is inspiring!
