Dude, I ran across your channel so randomly, I absolutely love this, it’s perfect for someone like me. (I have nerve damage to my right shoulder from a gsw) and I always wanted to work on grip strength so I tried this out for just a couple times now and it’s a godsend to someone who likes to work out but finds it hard due to pain in their joints and nerve damage to their extremities. I subscribed and got that bell on, I’ll definitely be trying out and working on some more of your stuff.
I cannot wait to see what benefits I get from this, the fact I can do it and feel like I got a workout in for my shoulders is good enough but if it helps improve strength and not just maintain it, that’ll be even better.
I have a 3lb set, they get heavy, they had skinny handles so i wrapped them in tennis racket tape, that helped. I use them standing as well as sitting on a yoga ball. Great video, thanks.
When l use to do wrestling my guru taught me how to use it,but the one l use was quite Big with beautiful Indian carving over it

Yes, just listen to your body and for Kali movements I recommend keeping the clubs between 1 to 3 lbs and no higher.
