I hope one day there is a program like this that can be run locally cause if we are having meetings with confidence IP discussed it can be a major issue especially in healthcare and clinical trial

This is what I was looking for since a long time!
Did you try it with many call partecipants? Is it able to identify the different voices? I think you should delve more on this tool with another video showing it in a live action (3-4 people with a 1 minutes call for instance).
It would be great to have the same functionality with a recorded live meeting, it would save hours of work.
Thanks again for your precious work!.

There’s support for importing recorded conversations as of this week! Circleback recognizes the different participants by their voice.

@@iAligator thank you for your reply. Is it able to recognize different languages on the same meeting? I am used to manage discussion on an international context and people usually tends to mix their native language with English

@@iAligator can you do a video or just give a comment explanation
of where you can upload a recorded conversation into circleback?

Hi Jeremy. Looks great. In Teams did it show up as an individual participant? If it did, how did you sell the idea that a sensitive meeting in an enterprise environment was being recorded and analysed by a 3rd party of which nothing was known. I'd love to try this but suspect this will be a show stopper. I'd appreciate your comments.

Hello. This is a fair concern. It did pop up as an individual participant and there was a note mentioning the call was being recorded by the third party. I hope this helps.

I don't want my participants to know that some AI tool or some automation tool called circle back has also joined a meeting

If you want to record a meeting, I am of the understanding that you need to let others know you are recording from a legal/data protection standpoint.

We tried the app for several meetings. There is a terrible echo back feed when using Microsoft teams. It makes the meeting impossible. So we all had to jump off, disconnect the app and join again. And the only way to get it to work with Google meet, is you have to change your privacy settings for the meeting to public. Which isn't going to work for 100% of businesses. This app was a failure for a typical business setting.
