Can you show some fish dishes that are suitable for cooking with sea fishes? I live in Taiwan and I get only saltwater fishes like salmon, mackerel etc. I have not had a proper machher jhol in years. I would be grateful if you can give me some pointers.
most sea fishes are ok for cooking with shorshe posto .. also tel jhal tastes good ....but jhol i am not sure because of the sea fish flavour...why not try making a jhol someday and let us know ...i live in mumbai ..i know the taste of sea fish so suggesting you.
I made the prawn recipe with pumpkin it was really good. Not knowing how to peel it, learned it from your channel. Gonna try this too. The only request i have is that i dont usually measure by grams, if possible can you mention it by tsps/tbsps?? Will be really helpful 😊😊

For extra shine after cleaning with vim bar u can also use a separate bathing soap....like lux or chinthol etc
