Great question! I have typically used Python directly for qualitative data with NLP, which you might be able to use Julius AI, but I know there are other softwares to help with this. I am just not as familiar with them.
I was thinking if this tools can we put it in our methodology section ,also the review will accept that , or maybe our paper get rejected ( is that legal ??

This is a great comparison idea. A few differences would be that Julius gives an option between multiple different models. I would need to do a direct comparison between the models to determine if one performs better than the other.
