To your question about “can you ever have too much garlic?” I didn’t think so until 2 years ago on Thanksgiving my sister-in-law was making dressing for the first time. The recipe called for 5 cloves of garlic and she put in 5 whole bulbs of garlic. We tried everything to fix it but it’s a memory we will never forget!

I'm so sorry but that's pretty hilarious! I can't imagine! The only time I thought there was too much garlic in something was when I tried a TERRIBLE "healthy" restaurant in the early '90s. They served a cup of miso soup in one of the old time styrofoam cups which if you remember, are NOT very big. There were approximately 8 cloves of garlic in this tiny cup that had pretty much nothing else except for dashi stock. I couldn't eat garlic for the next year and a half! I think I eventually got over it but to this day, I don't like garlic as much as I used to.

I don't need a lot of fresh milk in the house anymore and found that it went bad more often than not before I could cook with even a half gallon ... I get Nido now - Powdered Whole Milk and it works GREAT ... You should add that to your Pantry Staple List ... And maybe even some dry "Cream of Anything" soup mixes. Those two things save me a ton on my grocery budget.

You can make white chicken chili and serve your cornbread with it, or make a chicken and cornbread dressing casserole. Have you ever made a stir fry out of the venison? My roommate and I lived off of it when we were in college. Also if you mix half ground sausage and half ground venison and add a package of Lipton onion soup mix to 2lbs of the meat mix, add couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce( can add finely minced bread crumbs to stretch it if you want to) shape into patties and grill the patties while basting the patties with garlic butter( melted). Then add what you like on your burger. You can even wrap a piece of bacon around patties before placing on the grill, serve as mock fillets.

Have you ever made bbq Polish sausage? It’s good. Sauté sausage & onions (or whatever you want) until edges are brown. Add bbq sauce & a little water. Simmer until sauce is think. You need the water & cook time to let the flavors blend.

WOW! Huge way to save money. We are just gonna try to use up ALL the leftovers in my fridge over the next 3 days. I like beer for my beer can chicken (grill), dutch oven corned beef brisket and chuck roast stew. Tenderizes soooo well. I have told lots of young couples about your video.

I don’t eat boxed Mac and cheese anymore because my body just isn’t happy about the process cheese and salt together. But my favorite way to eat it was with browned ground bison sautéed with soy sauce mixed in, extra cheese, sliced green onions on top and cherry or grape tomatoes on the side… a whole meal

Ok my goodness! I have some frozen ravioli left over in the fridge from a day ago. I’m going to do this and add a few frozen meatballs (thawed out). I also have a piece of a dollar loaf of Italian bread I got half price the other day. Just enough for a few pieces of garlic toast. Yay! Supper! Thanks for jogging my memory with this lazy lasagna you made! That cornbread salad is tomorrow nights supper along with some barbecue chicken. 🎉❤😊 Thanks again so very much!

I grew up eating deer for nearly every meal. When you cook it and the grey film floats to the top, you can skim that part off and there will be no gamey taste. My favorite way to eat it though, is to have steak cuts slow simmered in Italian dressing, with a side of crispy fries and more dressing for dipping. 😋 I can’t find any here in Florida and it makes this Kentucky girls heart so sad.
