My standard comment - a month in jail for being drunk and disorderly may sound unlikely, but in America crazy sentences like that do get inflicted at times on poorer people and/or racial minorities (and - compare Frank's story of the Mexican guy who'd been locked up for almost two weeks on a charge of jaywalking).

The San Bernardino County Jail is where Zappa stayed after being railroaded with a porn charge for an "audio" tape... This track brings us the infamous Potato-headed Bobby who most assuredly entertained Zappa in jail...
