  • Hello! Today I am sharing how to customize the hexagon print pot in my Fresh Flowers set with smaller images for fun patterns and color combos, this time using images from Rina Krupsky's Mandala Maker 2 set (which I also use to add a pattern on the wall behind it. ) Give the scene even more dimension with the way you stamp the leaves and branches, add simple shadows to the flowers with a direct to stamp rolling technique, ground the pot with some masking and blending, and adding another stem to the foreground. These little still life's are so fun to create! Today's color combo came from this week's Gina K. and StampTV Friends group Facebook challenge. If you participate, please use #gkdfbchallenge15
Please enjoy, and let me know in the comments which card is your favorite!

Hey Melanie....I thought this tutorial was brilliant. I think my fav is the blue pot with yellow flowers because it is brighter. This tutorial was so helpful to me on how to use these multi mixed floral stamp sets to create a bouquet. Thanks for sharing, Melanie and I hope you are well my dear.

Thanks for a wonderful tutorial! Your cards are beautiful! The pink one is my favorite! I like the shading under pot that is a tad lighter than the yellow one! Thanks for sharing! God bless!!!

so pretty thank you for sharing. It is hard to choose, but since my favorite color is blue, I would say the blue pot with the bright yellow flowers.

Melanie - thank you for this amazing tutorial. I cant arrange flowers for anything, but I have this set! I am ready to practice based on your helpful video.
For the lost stamp, go into the room when it is completely dark. Use the flashlight on your phone and you will probably find it. This works when I drop a contact or lose a stamp (almost every time). This trick has helped many stampers find their lost stamp. ❣️🧐🔦

yes, I think you're right, thank you, I will try it! Makes sense, I've found jewelry outside by light hitting it. As long as it didn't walk out on my shoe, which HAS happened before found in another room, ha!

I loved your video. I chuckled when you couldn’t find your marker. That happens to me all the time. I always wonder how I can lose something without ever leaving my seat!
