@@VsestrannaHricka probably years, but learning art is a process that happens over a long time.
But what speeds progress up is going out of your way to learn and practice. Don't just ask "how do i get good", instead actively do research on how to get better.
For example, learning perspective, anatomy, drawing shapes, improving linework, shading, rendering. Learn basic colour theory.
