Thrive Law Impact Report 2023/2024

Thrive Law, founded in 2018, is six years old in 2024. Today, with teams in Leeds, London and the Southwest, we provide expert, lawyer-led Employment Law, Outsourced HR and Employment Law Support, Training, and Consultancy services, underpinned by our own lived experience.
We put mental health and wellbeing, ED&I, and neurodiversity at the forefront of everything we do, because we understand the importance of creating psychologically safe spaces where everyone can be their best and truest selves.
And we have made it our mission to work with and nurture the progressive leaders of the future to help us achieve this.
