Are you aware of any methods/software that can extract pre-defined information from PDFs of an Endnote library into a table? E.g., Extracting geographic location and date of study information from multiple articles in Endnote and automatically making a table of the results?

Is there ANY way to back up the data file? What if my computer fries?

If you're quoting from article, does EndNote add the parentheses? Does it also detect the word count and make it a block quote?
