No kidding... I got a clutch for my mazdaspeed3 which was defective immediately. Cost me 1000 USD... 3 days of my own labor fluids and it even was so bad it destroyed a motor mount. The company refused to give a refund and demanded pictures. I couldn't understand how I could give pictures to something thats completely sealed inside a bellhousing. A month later I got my full refund but the car has sat with a defective clutch in it for 3 years. I refused to pull that clutch and spend that kind of money on a wear and tear item again. So that clutch cost me a car (there are other issues as well with the car not just the clutch) it's just not worth fixing. So I felt that what do I do now feeling so bad

You were able to get this sorted.. "thanks to ebay" how many others will this happen too if no one says anything? i have not and will not be posting any fake reviews. however you do a injustice to others when you allow the bad traders to go un named.
Nice gesture donating the 'partial' refund to charity. I'm pretty sure us Australians have more rights than that. Or at least more balls to name and shame those dickheads.
The fact that they were willing to allow you to make another mess of your garage, after already spilling coolant everywhere from their mistake of selling you a wrecked engine, is very telling as to how awfully they operate. No apology for causing you the hassle and spending so much time putting it into the Jimny. I’m glad Marty left them a lovely piece of artwork. They absolutely deserve it
eBay Australia has a money back guarantee on everything, found that out the hard way as a seller. Should have just cut the wrecker out of it completely and gone through eBay. eBay would issue the refund themselves and then take the money from the sellers payouts from other sales.
I was impressed with the way EBay(EU) handled an issue I had with a dodgy part for my Gti. Seller was not being reasonable and beginning to make it all very personal. EBay took over and gave me a full refund.
Yep, both eBay and Paypal are really buyer focused with that kind of stuff. Very helpful and supportive. So much so that it can actually become a problem when you’re an honest seller dealing with shoddy buyers. There’s often no repercussions for buyers who make life hard for the seller. But when it’s the other way around there’s no issues.
That was indeed their mistake...and to the seller's credit and even though they proceeded to being total dirtbags, the first thing they said was: "You should go through ebay".
@@Malthus Not quite, he said to use eBay messages. That puts you in touch with the seller, not eBay themselves. One benefit of that is you get a record of the conversation unlike with a phone call.
He'll then get his own show and we'll never see him again on MCM. Not that that's a bad thing hehe! But i have to admit I really do miss Benny and Yoda!
I recently had the engine replaced in one of my vehicles (the only one I have financed out of 4) at the dealership I bought it from. My first time driving the vehicle after the swap, the engine catastrophically blew up and the entire car burnt to the ground. The dealership basically told me to pound sand. I lost tens of thousands because of their negligence so needless to say a suit is being pursued. I understand your frustration and you handled it gracefully. Thanks for the consistently great content
It's tough to find a good shop anywhere in the world! Wish you the best and most times they cave if you show that your taking it to the max since you probably spent over 5k or more?
"We donated the entire refund to a charity..." and this is why I love you guys. I've been watching for almost 10 years now and never miss an episode. You inspire me to not just wrench on my own cars, but to be a kinder human in general. Thank you for all you do!
I agree totally. I don't know how long it has been since I started watching but it has been a serious amount of time. But they are cool dudes with fun senses of humor that give good information.
I also can't recall how many years it's been, but it was definitely since Marty was working on his Nissan SuperMarch in his mom's driveway and the old generic Mighty Mods intro was playing. Regardless, these dudes are like family at this point and while I hate to see friends taken advantage of, it's always sad to see good guys taken advantage of. However, I'd still refrain from taking matters into my own hands and deliberately trying to badmouth or destroy a company just because of one bad item. Yes, it always hurts to see my guys being taken advantage of, but they can always take a bad situation and turn it into a good one.

YOU GUYS ROCK MCM AND MCM CREW!!!!! MERRY FUCKING XMAS TO YOU ALL!!! Onto ruining other innocent employees lives!!! A big F@CK YOU ALL
"you can't kill them" As someone who has been into Jimnys for years that's an utter joke. They're CONSTANTLY blowing head gaskets. If MCM can't get warranty what hope does anyone else have?
Jimny's constantly blow head gaskets, because they are constantly being overheated. Not many engines will handle abuse like that. Jimny's have probably one of the worst cooling systems i have seen in a stock car, swifts on the other hand have a great cooling system and are much more reliable.
What a missed opportunity, Imagine if the wreckers had done the right thing from the first phone call and offered a refund. How good would that have played out for them with all Mighty car mods followers. Instead they will be looking at changing over to window cleaning or lawn mowing.
Exactly. Shit happens in business, its how you handle it that counts. They could have had a lot of new customers beating down their doors. Cheapest advertising they ever paid for. Instead, the $700 engine could cost them everything
Let's just say that even though i never trusted wreckers engines. I'll 100% won't be buying them from one now. I put more faith into old mate on marketplace who said he drove it onto a trailer & seemed fine
They have loads of negative reviews already. I doubt the owner is the type who cares about good reviews, or a repeat customer base. They survive of eBay purchases and people looking for a bargain.
Just goes to show, treat every customer with the respect and professionalism that they deserve. You never know when you're dealing with someone who gets 1M views in 3 weeks and culturally leads the scene for your particular industry! You couldn't have more proof that you did nothing wrong, you literally have a documentary on the install. I hope these grubs go out of business.
@R4M 845 Not all mechanics are bad. But these are wreckers that they were dealing with. Parts guys like SuperCheap or Oreilleys. They wouldn’t know how to fix it unless it was with duct tape and WD-40.
Props to you guys for still managing to laugh and smile through all that!! That’s the best take away from this. Hopefully you get better luck with the next engine!!
I remember swapping a 12a on my old RX7. Spent an entire day swapping the engine over on my own. Got it all hooked up and filled it up with new oil, new oil filter, started filling it with coolant and I had left the oil dipstick out and while I was filling up the collant I watched in horror as the combination of oil and coolant was pouring out the dipstick hole. I packed up everything and pushed it in the garage and went and got drunk. I was so disapointed. The next day I took it off again and called up the yard where I got the motor from, they sent another one the next week. No questions asked. That one worked.
I mean if they want to sell an engine "untested, with warranty" and give you a cheaper price on it then that's fine. Hell, charge an extra $100 to pay for a guy to screw around testing it and offer that to the customer. If they want to sell it "as is" and give you a dirt cheap price that's also fine. It's telling lies to start with, and then not backing the warranty, that's what is shit. Sounds like your guys at least did the right thing and got you an new engine in a reasonable time.
To be fair it's a Rotary... so why would you expect it to work? You would have been better off rebuilding it while it was out so you don't have to do it in 20,000K
@@zyeborm This was back in the 90's, so things may have changed since then. I was in the military and I got the engine through the auto club the base ran, so it was in their best interest to tow the line. The replacement engine ran great for years afterwards, so it worked out in the end.
Absolutely love that out of all this, the refund was donated. For guys who make jokes about drinking liquids from their feet, you guys are classy when it counts!
Moog looked like he could blow up at any moment, with this justified disappointment. What a POS wrecker. Good on you guys for keeping cool and also the charity donation. Love your channel and this video proves why. Keep up the great work fellas! Cheers!
I take my words back, having another thought about it I realized that obviously the warranty claim gets valid when you do it officially. Which in this case is starting up a case or whatever it's called on eBay. So yes, the guy was trying to buy time.
Thats exactly. What i said! "Oh, yoouve had it foorr 28 days.... let some oil sit in it over night then build it back up and work on it tomorrow and that should fix it." That way they can say oh well its day 30 or 31 so its out of warranty now smfh i wouldve politely told that dumbass on the phone how ignorant he is and to go f-word himself!!
Cylinder leakage test would have found a burned valve before installation, it may seem like an old school test but it is what I've done for every used engine I have bought and it has saved me from the problem you have found yourself in now!!! Retired mechanic, 2021
Good on you blokes. It takes a big man to not be angry about this but an even bigger man to accept the partial refund and then donate it to charity! The next video should be called "LS Engine Swap with $120 wreckers pliers"
"Those engines are hard to kill, that engine was out of my personal bush basher, I hit a small tree and put a hole in the radiator and it was still running. It did get hot so I drove it into the dam to cool it down and pulled it out and it fired right back up again with a full can of start ya bastard. Ran out of fuel and it sat in the paddock for 5 years she's mint!"
@Repent Repent Jesus was a douchebag - "For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous, Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded, Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken. No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the Lord made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God." (Leviticus 21:18-21)
Places like that should be put on blast, and remain on blast until they can prove they've changed their ways, and stopped scamming people, or gone out of business. It's one thing to accidentally sell a blown motor, and a total different thing to lie directly to your customers face about testing a motor that quite clearly couldn't have run, even after they'd been sent proof the engine had been blown for awhile. You just know, that if this is how sleazy they are when presented with proof of a lemon, that they're screwing over their customers on a regular basis. It makes you wonder if any of their products are what they claim them to be...
@@xblackdog Exactly. The guy on the phone seemed average. I figured he had the responses he did because 9 times out of 10 it probably is the customers fault and he needs proof and has to make sure before the customer starts ripping the engine out and shipping it back. But, as the video progressed... Tested my ass. How the hell did that even make it out the door. Sleazy AF.
@@BrianOfAteionas I wouldn't agree tbh. He seemed like a scummy fuck in the phone to me. He immediately went on the offensive and tried to gaslight Moog. That isn't the first time he's dealt with calls like this.
Wrecker's eBay feedback is a good read 😂 Definitely a consistent issue throwing the blame on the customer and having a hard time admitting fault when there's an problem.
These wreckers think they are so knowledgeable and they can just make up a whole story to make it look like whoever bought it was at fault.. but they never want to be held accountable for SHIT😂
@@kellyheath8547 The guy seemed to say straight into the cylinder (through the spark plug hole maybe) and let it soak overnight. But that wouldn't get any valves unless you turn it over, which would cause hydro lock if the valves are not stuck. The guy sounded like a professional scammer. Warranty should start on date received as long as the item isn't damaged in shipping. The wrecker is scum. I wouldn't be surprised if they had no idea that the motor was sold to MCM until they saw the episode themselves. And by then it would have been after everything was "settled". So all they got by scamming was terrible reviews from all the MCM detectives out there who figured out who they were. They're guaranteed losing money all so they could hold onto ~$120. They say all publicity is good publicity, but in this case I don't think that's correct.
I bought a 2L motor from a wrecker for a Cortina “lol” once. Spent the day putting it in. Went to fire it up and it was only running on three cylinders. So after doing all the usual things and finally found that number three hole had no compression, we took the head off and found the problem. It had No piston and rod 🤣🤦🏻

Really liked this video. It gives us an insight into MCM we really haven't seen before. Like the engine blowing up or even Moog mopping up the coolant. Not everything goes according to plan. Edit: Sorry about the blown engine but it does make excellent content :)
How proud I am of all of you for hanging in there until the bitter end only to have a whole lot of nothing from your motor supplier. You guys are tough as nails...........you didn't bad mouth them either......
I was driving around thinking how glad I was that you showed all these frustrating bits because this is the reality of working on cars. Sometimes things just don't work out well, unfortunately!
I will be completely blunt here: The wrecker deserves every piece of s*** thrown at them after handling a customer request with such ignorance. It is pathetic and was the right decision to call them out, so average joe would not stumble into this money fallpit. Keep up the great work and I am looking forward to the new upload with proper big blogg powa ❤️
That wreakers yard is a joke, could tell in the last episode when moog was trying to get the spark plugs out that it’s never been tested. Then saying weve steam cleaned it so the valves maybe stuck to then over revved passing the blame, i really hope they sent them the link to the video of it going in/attemped start up!

I feel so bad for your troubles mates. eBay has a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. You should’ve been able to open a case and noted the item was broken or missing parts and/or does not match description or pictures. The seller would have no other option but to accept your return and provide a full refund. For future reference, eBay gives you 30 days to file a claim for return.
Ebay has a 30 day window but paypal has a 180 day window. Even if the ebay one closes youve still got 6 months to claim your money back through paypal.
If sold as a running engine, and it isn't a running engine... a boat anchor was not in the description: its broken/not fit for purpose (for running a car).
I've had an incredibly similar situation just happen to me. The mechanics/wreckers i dealt with not only sold me a dud engine but also installed it for me. Fully payed for. And when I called him up, he was incredibly rude about it and basically tried to me there is nothing wrong with the car. The business i dealt with is called Varsity Lakes Commodores Spares and Repairs. Owned by a man called Eden.
I work on heating systems for a living. Your conversation on the phone was like I was at work. My coworkers will literally say anything to avoid taking responsibility. I always try to tell the truth and let the chips fall where they may. That's what's called stepping up and being a man.

Only piece of advice I can give, comp test the engine before even taking it off the pallet, with video. At least if you go to small claims, you can prove you didn't do the damage.
i think this would have been a time you guys should have Name Dropped. You've got hundreds of videos showing that you do in fact know what you are doing.
Unfortunately this happens pretty often. 16 years as an automotive tech and I’ve installed defective junk on several occasions. If the shop supplied the part, it’s on us to try to get the wrecker to warranty it out (which is why most shops only work with a very small number of wreckers, and usually not the cheapest ones out there). I just recently bought a replacement OEM wheel for one of my cars on e-bay. Seller listed it as “Grade A, excellent condition.” The price and picture reflected that, so I bought it. The wheel I received looked like it had been dragged through the gravel, including a 1” chunk of the wheel missing around the edge. It clearly was not the wheel in the picture. I sent pictures of the wheel, the receipt which clearly said “Grade A” and the item listing to the seller, asking for a full refund, and they refused saying that “the damage was disclosed in the description.” Obviously it wasn’t. I disputed it with eBay and got a full refund for the wheel, but had to pay return shipping. At that point I was so fed up that I just did it, left a scathing review on their eBay store (double whammy for them since it was a negative review plus eBay had to intervene). Live and learn I guess. Glad you guys got at least some of your money back. From a shop perspective, we’ve gotten very picky about even accepting deliveries of used parts. They get visually scrutinized before they get accepted. Something like a melted sensor would be an instant reject. I know that’s harder for an eBay purchase…
I live in the USA and started to type, "southpo" and they were the first recommendation. Apparently they are REALLY trending.. good to see people like this be found out.
I’m just glad you guys had shown an experience a lot of us do, that everything isn’t easy and sometimes dealing with companies makes things even more difficulty
This episode hit me really hard, especially as I live the same problem my self right now. Bought an expensive engine from a wrecker here in Germany but got bent over with scored and rusted cylinderwalls, pistons that had seen better days, etc etc... I am now trying to get my money back with a lawyer but I see zero hope in that tbh. On the next engine I will check each cylinder with my rotatable borescope that I specifically bought after I bought this rooted engine after I saw all the dirt on the injectors. Also asking for compression tests are a good idea, thanks MCM!
Man that sucks :( I bought an m18a years ago and packed it away safely for about 6 months before I was ready to do the swap, when I pulled it out I found that someone had taken the plugs out but then bolted the coil packs back in over the top, and one of the cylinders had had a bunch of water in it, which couldn't have happened at my place because it was stored very carefully. Didn't even bother contacting the seller, it would have been a waste of time since it was so long between buying the motor and noticing it was stuffed. Best of luck with your engine!
@@Rollin8.0 Damn man :( Always a hit and miss with these wreckers... Only thing you can buy safely from them are panels like doors, fenders etc. as you can see the condition immediately.. Not really pumped for more engine swaps in the future thanks to this.. And thank you!
@@MickeyMishra yes it happened here in Germany.. Also thanks to the Inflation, the price on this specific engine went 1.500-2.000€ up in price which really is a bummer as I bought already everything for the swap and so I am forced to get another engine at inflated prices ... I don‘t know what pick n pull ist
I almost bought a 1.8L 2000 Miata engine from youtube wrecker I Do Cars, but it was just a tad too expensive - and good job too, in hindsight I had a Cali emissions NB Miata and this was federal emissions engine, a swap doomed to countless setbacks and unexpected expenses for that specific model and year as I later found out. I Do Cars would not provide me compression test results though, but I had just watched the teardown video so I knew what I was dealing with.
I'll never understand why companies don't get whistles blown on them. That's how they get way with it and continue doing this to other people. How could that not piss you off enough to do something about it and put a stop to it instead of just letting them continue to do this to other people. To people who possibly can't afford to recover from getting screwed over like this.
This is the first time I can remember you guys getting burned by a wrecker's motor... It's sad the lads who sold it to you wouldn't admit it, but funny as hell how y'all sent it back! Top marks! Looking forward to what's to replace it.
I had to rewind and then saw what we probably all missed at 14:33 the hugemongus chunk off the valve! Was just focusing on the middle of the CH. Glad you got it sorted!
I felt horrible for Moog. Dude looked like someone stole his puppy. I wanted to buy and send him a crate engine but things made a relatively good turn. Happy you guys can absorb this hit and even find a way to help others. It’s great fun watching friends live a dream life and it’s made even better that you both seem to understand that, even with this little misfortune, you are very fortunate in life overall. Much love from the USA!
Could be seeing things but looks like at 19:46 there is a crack on the left side of cylinder 4? Either way if the wrecker doesn’t refund you, eBay should provide a refund if you report the seller. Good luck boys!
Pretty sure you get a chance to upload your purchased item footage, any video or photos of the faulty item when you claim Item Return for eBay refund guarantee. MCM have to register a complaint with that vendor direct to eBay, on eBay. That engine was not 'fit for purpose' as it was a no-starter that was listed for sale as 'tested and guaranteed working'. One look at its guts and obviously there cannot be room to call the wear, pitting, and corroded valve material a mishap - through poor installation of unit by the purchaser - when this faulty condition has caused failure of the engine, and failure to even start let alone run. The guarantee should be honored with full refund.
I imagine them hounding you for more pictures is one of several attempts to get you to just move on. Either they annoy you to death so just give up, or they get enough pictures to hopefully find something else they could blame the failure of the engine on. This exact scenario is why I'm so weary of buying any kind of car parts online.
We got a nasty surprise with this engine, but you can get a good surprise with Cherlys BIG BOX, our epic mystery loot crate! mightycarmods.com/collections/multipacks/products/cheryls-big-box

Nice gesture donating the 'partial' refund to charity. I'm pretty sure us Australians have more rights than that. Or at least more balls to name and shame those dickheads.

This!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Lsd was involved in their account of seeing the engine run a marathon
maybe they did compression test it, 2 years ago when they pulled the thing, before they swapped the head and forgot the update their inventory.
@@Malthus
Not quite, he said to use eBay messages. That puts you in touch with the seller, not eBay themselves. One benefit of that is you get a record of the conversation unlike with a phone call.

Yea with wreckers name in 6699 in mini print underneath it so we know who not to buy engines from.

As someone who has been into Jimnys for years that's an utter joke.
No, you can't kill a Toyota 1UZ or 2L diesel. Hell I tried very hard to kill my 3UZ and it just laughed at me and kept skidding
But in Swift's - in the city car - they are really hard to kill indeed. Just put in oil regularly and dont run them without coolant.

I'm still trying to figure out how the "Engine was over-revved and blown" if "You can't kill them"...
What a missed opportunity, Imagine if the wreckers had done the right thing from the first phone call and offered a refund. How good would that have played out for them with all Mighty car mods followers. Instead they will be looking at changing over to window cleaning or lawn mowing.
At least the local sign writer and stationery supplies company will get some business from the name change
Exactly. Shit happens in business, its how you handle it that counts. They could have had a lot of new customers beating down their doors. Cheapest advertising they ever paid for. Instead, the $700 engine could cost them everything
The wreckers in my hometown offer a warranty on all engines. If it doesn't work you just bring it back and exchange it.

I'll willing to bet my testies they were Lebs?
I mean if they want to sell an engine "untested, with warranty" and give you a cheaper price on it then that's fine. Hell, charge an extra $100 to pay for a guy to screw around testing it and offer that to the customer. If they want to sell it "as is" and give you a dirt cheap price that's also fine.
It's telling lies to start with, and then not backing the warranty, that's what is shit. Sounds like your guys at least did the right thing and got you an new engine in a reasonable time.

Your warranty claim is valid from the moment you report it. So letting it sit for 2 days wouldn't make any difference.
I take my words back, having another thought about it I realized that obviously the warranty claim gets valid when you do it officially. Which in this case is starting up a case or whatever it's called on eBay. So yes, the guy was trying to buy time.

It’s the word of the wrecker/shop what matters, it’s all about that you’re right.
The guy sounded like a professional scammer. Warranty should start on date received as long as the item isn't damaged in shipping. The wrecker is scum. I wouldn't be surprised if they had no idea that the motor was sold to MCM until they saw the episode themselves. And by then it would have been after everything was "settled". barra swap it... I mean moog might want to put like a ladder or something on it, gotta watch that power to weight ;-) What do you mean it won't fit?
22:44 I approve of Marty’s “little” gift.
A "funny face".
@@petera4476 it was a direct quote. Putz
That was a very relatable moment before you pulled yourself together, when you were gutted that everything you were working on had failed. Proud of you picking up the pieces. Thank you for sharing the full experience.
When companies don't warranty something and they find out the customer has a RUclips channel that could ruin them , it's a lesson learned hard
Name and shame the wrecker and put a claim in through eBay for the purchase.
Ok, just saw the message at the end of the episode. You guys are awesome
This is currently #10 on trending
Congrats MCM
You should roast them in the channel. Let everyone know who did not stand behind their GUARANTEE.
They just aren’t those dudes. No need to ruin someone’s livelihood over a $700 used motor. Even if they were dicks.
@@TheActualCaveman ruining scammers livelihoods?
Southport wreckers.
@@TheActualCaveman reporting factual information is just reporting factual information mate. If telling the truth ruins their life then whomevers life is ruined was doing the wrong thing. Lying to people and taking their money is not something that should be encouraged. What about the kid who needed a new engine for his car to keep his job? spent his savings on this thing and now has no money, no car and no job?
@@TheActualCaveman the thing is those wreckers will just keep doing what they’re doing if no one does anything about it though.
You guys are legends for sticking through this and handling that how you did, but that wrecker is unbelievable!
You’re nicer than me for not dragging this wrecker.
the internet has been unleashed cant stop it now. they already had to take there Facebook page down haha wouldn't be surprised if people are calling there phone as well telling them they are dogs lol . They deserve it.
@@tristanmeadows well deserved or not, all of this attention could land MCM in the shit.
@@mcbeardface How? They didn't say who the wreckers were and even changed the voice of the guy. It's not MCM's fault that their fans are resourceful vindictive sons 'o' bitches who will raise hell for the scum that blatantly rip off their customers....
@@mcbeardface in what world would they land "in the shit" from not publishing the business name and not saying anything defamatory even in there direction.
No logic at all what a stupid comment
@@tristanmeadows clearly I’m no lawyer, but I’m sure since the wrecker is so dodgy they might try and have the video taken down. Who knows? Hopefully nothing comes of it.
Only piece of advice I can give, comp test the engine before even taking it off the pallet, with video. At least if you go to small claims, you can prove you didn't do the damage.
Next week in Mighty Car Mods: Moog leaves a poo outside a certain wreckers yard front door.
He's got too much class for that. A lot of viewers however may not.
Honestly would have sandwiched a poo on top of the piston when putting the motor back together
@@Pivotmasterblackbird then when the wreckers calls to abuse you, ask them for a photo 🤣
i think this would have been a time you guys should have Name Dropped.
You've got hundreds of videos showing that you do in fact know what you are doing.
"This motor was run up and was running fine"
You should ask them to send a video...
That's exactly what I said out loud
they would just send a random video of a similar one running. the same one they send to anyone that asks
@@coolhandluke1503 haha that would have been perfect
@@HerbaceousM8 except for the lack of burnt crud on the block lol
Love the content! Y'all had me rolling with laughter when #4 shot antifreeze clear to the ceiling...... it's a boy!
Name and shame them, you don't want any of us going to them and getting screwed over
I’m just glad you guys had shown an experience a lot of us do, that everything isn’t easy and sometimes dealing with companies makes things even more difficulty
This happened in Germany???? I sure hope that you guys have pick-n-pulls there
@@MickeyMishra yes it happened here in Germany..
So kind of Marty and Moog to support ReachOut
This is the first time I can remember you guys getting burned by a wrecker's motor... It's sad the lads who sold it to you wouldn't admit it, but funny as hell how y'all sent it back! Top marks! Looking forward to what's to replace it.
I was hoping they go crazy on it now.
Just got my book and love it! Thanks Mates!
I had to rewind and then saw what we probably all missed at 14:33 the hugemongus chunk off the valve! Was just focusing on the middle of the CH.
Glad you got it sorted!
"And on that bombshell..." Love the Top Gear homage 🙂
why is that a top gear homage
@@Nyancide that is something that was said on nearly or every episode of Top Gear when Clarkson, May and Hammond were the hosts.
We need a shirt that reads “WE KEPT THE PLIERS” 😜
Or "Pliars" as was written.
Edit: see 24:19 🤪
Even 30 years ago I've been putting motors in cars and I make sure compression is good
Could be seeing things but looks like at 19:46 there is a crack on the left side of cylinder 4? Either way if the wrecker doesn’t refund you, eBay should provide a refund if you report the seller. Good luck boys!
Just finished the video. Legends for donating what refund your were able to get back
@@samueljeffree I spotted that to. That engine has seen more heat than a dunny seat at a chili festival...
Keeping it real, separates you guys from other infotainment - even when it hurts. Not manufactured or staged, but real. Keep keeping it real MCM!
