I’m sure you’ve heard this but there is an adjustment on the linkage that will help your shifting issue. The actual filter is in front of the rear passenger wheel, the intake vent and nylon dust sock is between the seat. Many dealers recommend Unifilter’s as your first replacement. Good video, thank you.

Cool video I'm just not one for changes... I'm a honda man and I beat the hell out of mine and I've drove and rode in or on every machine that goes off road and hands down honda has passed them all..
You are welcome. Actually I often hear many cfmotos built before 2020 were not to reliable. Just hearsay, I have no proof. So take that info for what it's worth. Also the resale value on cfmoto products aren't that great yet but I think are improving. One more thing you can ask people for their opinions in cfmoto Facebook groups. That may help you with your decision. 😊 I don't know your situation but if you can swing a new cfmoto, that's the way to go.
Thanks for the video, great job! I’ve actually been recently looking at that very same model. I’m impressed with all the options CFMOTO has to offer as standard equipment. One of the few complaints I have with them is the quality of winch rope(cable) they use. It definitely doesn’t handle the rated amount of weight. I know this cause my neighbor has one and it kept snapping it while he was lifting his snow plow last winter. I was also looking at the Polaris rzr trail S 1000 but I’m having troubles getting my head around that sticker price. Don’t get me wrong I’ve been a Polaris guy my whole life but twenty some odd grand or more as a starting point is a lot of $$$ for an atv of any kind or brand if you ask me.
Very helpful video. So helpful in fact that I bought the 2022 ZF800T after watching it. They only come with a one year warranty now. I haven't yet decided on whether to buy the extended warranty (five years for $3,000 US). May I ask if you bought the extended warranty for yours? You mentioned yours came with a standard 5 year warranty. $3k for extended warranty seems expensive for a $12,500 machine. Thanks in advance.
@@FANATICALSIDERIDER Thank you for the response. Yes, it is pricey. And I am not very hard on the machine the way I drive. I think I will pass on it. Again, thanks.
Thanks 🙂 I really like my EX, no complaints. But my next sxs will be the 950. I was a fan of the looks before but they have grown on me. Let me know which you choose Garrett. Good luck!
I saw you visiting the live feed with Dee & Daniel this week and wanted to stop by to show my support by following your work. Hope to see you online soon! Keep up the good muddin'!
Hey old timer, I did just like you, I watched video's for two years before I committed to the Z force 950. I bought it last month took it home and a few days later I took it back. Question? does your machine have to turn 3000 revs before it will move? And then it' lurch's forward about 3 feet then with jerky movements before it finally pulls like it should. That is what the dealer tells me is normal. Said I have to live with it as they all do it. Why don't I believe that? watched to many video's I guess. Nor was I born yesterday. Raced go carts when younger, drag raced cars for several years, was AMA National Hillclimb Champion three years running as well as seven state championship titles. owned Snowmobiles for years. But, this is my first side x side so I must be an idiot. Yeah I'm probably a tad older than you at 79 but I still have the need for Speed. I ride my street bike, dirt bike and will still take the Challange at a street light. Thats probably the dumbest thing I do these days as I finally learned not to argue with a wife, no future in that. So I was hoping to get a comment from you, did you have any issues like I described with your machine? I believe it's the same clutch setup as I have. Glad I found you, I subscribed and will be watching for you.
I dont mind the plastic skidplates at all. Plastic is fine and cheaper to replace if you need to. I would prefer the doors without any holes in them though, but i imagine that you can buy that as a option?
I have a chance to buy a 2012 CFMoto Synper 600. Do you have any experience or thoughts on the UTV? Some say parts are becoming obsolete and accessories are non existent? Do you have any info on these? Thank- you.
I have no experience but cfmoto had several issues in the early days. Maybe a good idea to not bother. Unless you mechanically handy. It's 14 years old. How many miles on it?

That's fine I don't bad mouth any brand. I know people that ride different brands of side x side and I don't really see anyone that dislikes their side x side. Although I believe most issues can be a result of the way the side x side is used and lack of proper maintenance. There is so many variables that come into play on performance.
Always appreciate the opinion of a gearhead. Not sure about making a video before the break in period being done tho. Plus the warranty of "5 years" is a gimmick, as the miles are very limited.
