Reading Carrion Comfort right now. First Dan Simmons books, so far so good! It's definitely a chunky one haha. I've got the Terror, The Abominable, Drood, Ilium/Olympos, and Children of the Night I'm looking forward to. Been wanting to get into Nick Cutter, Grady Hendrix, definitely want to read Let The Right One In (just watched the movie). Definitely found the others you mentioned interesting as well! Awesome video!

It's a folk horror, not sure if that's up your alley, but I thought if it when you mentioned how unusual it is to have a horror book that does horror AND beautiful writing really well. The Fisherman isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it's my favorite all-time book!
