    《Ingredient》
    Main Ingredient
    Tenderloin Beef
    White Mushroom, Oyster Mushroom, Shiitake Mushroom,
    Asparagus, Onion, Spring Onion, Garlic
    Pepper, Egg, Starch, Cooking Oil, Soy Sauce, Lemon, Paprika
    Red Wine
    Teriyaki Sauce
    Spring Onion, Rice Wine, Ginger, Onion, Taste Sake, Soys Sauce, Ginger, Sugar, Tuna Seasoning
    《Recipe》
    1. Slice 1/4 Onion, 1 Ginger, 1 Spring Onion (white part) and fry them until they seem little burnt.
    2. Put 250mL taste sake, 250mL rice wine, 150mL soy sauce, 100mL tuna seasoning, 150g sugar in separate pan and boil with high power.
    3. Put veggies from step 1 into sauce of step 2 and reduce power, continue boil.
    4. Cut tenderloin 200g into cubes.
    5. Slice 3 white mushrooms, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 1 oyster mushroom, 1/4 onion, 1/2 paprika, 1 spring onion (white part), 3 asparagus into large chunks.
    Lower part of asparagus is hard to chew, so please throw away
    6. Break 1 egg.
    7. Put 1 spoon of soy sauce into the meat from step 4 then mix well so the sauce would seep into the meat well. Then coat the meat with starch and egg (from step 6).
    8. Heat up a pan with 5 spoons of cooking oil.
    9. Fry the meat until only their surface are cooked.
    10. Take out the meat and in the same pan, put in spring onion and garlic from step 5.
    11. Once they are cooked, put in rest of veggies from step 5 and pour little bit of red wine.
    12. Put in 3 spoons of teriyaki sauce, little pepper, 1/2 lemon juice and meat into the same pan and stir fry little more.
