Thank you so much-- Our Deebot 920 was stopping dead after a few minutes while in mopping mode. Manually returned to charging dock and battery at 80 pct. Problem only occurred with mopping plate installed. This method fixed the issue and now we have clean floors. Yay!

OMG Thank you so much for this video. I have had my 930 replaced twice because it would not mop after the first or second time from being new. This fixed it immediately. Dude, thank you! Turns out pressurizing the tank was all I needed to get the pump going again. It's possible the pump develops cavitation(pockets of air in the pump/impeller); priming it with water might be necessary from time to time
Thanks to your video I realized that there must be a hole in the plug. Interestingly but I got a vacuum cleaner with no hole in the plug. The air did not get into the reservoir and that led to not wetting the rag. After plug in the water tank is opened air gets inside and the pump is able to suck out the water. In other words, as the water level drops during cleaning, air is not coming into the tank, negative pressure is raising and eventually water pump is not able to suck out any more water. That is why other users have complained that less and less water is coming out of the nozzles at the end of cleaning cycle. So the solution is to ensure that there is a small hole in the plug.

On contacting the distributor in Singapore from where I imported it from, they said that the machine needs to be couriered to them to be checked by their technicians and rectify the fault accordingly. Hope the solution you have provided does the job. Thanks once again for this video.
Hi, Today I, received an Ozmo 930. Resale version. Shouldn't have issues but unfortunately there was no water coming out as told in this video. I checked the outside parts but didn't see something wrong. Thought maybe the pump is dry. So decided to put a Syringe (10cc medical injection) with some silicon hose on it. (end little bit tight up with wire) placed it over the intake nozzle and pushed water through. Had some resistance but pushed gently through until something felt like opening/popping. Directly after the 3 nozzles starting to flow water out of it. So also probably clogged or sticked tubes/pump. Maybe it helps others. Now working fine but keeping an eye on it. Luckily the pump or maybe only a motor is not an expensive part to replace and handy enough to do it myself.
when the pumps are clogged you can put some vinegar and it may do the work to unclogged it, that happened to my fog machine and i saw some videos that used that technique
