Morgan Pearson - Catcher - Class of 2014

Morgan Pearson is a Junior Catcher, Recruiting Class of 2014 at Central Catholic HS in Portland, Oregon. He is very dedicated, hard working and determined to accomplish his baseball goals. Morgan is very coachable and his love of the game is apparent with his approach towards daily improvement with a strong work ethic.
At 6' 0" and 180 pounds, Morgan moves very well behind the plate and is an offensive threat in the batters box. The bullpens he catches in the offseason for several local major league pitchers including Alex Hinshaw, Mike Ekstrom and Duke Welker provides him with valuable experience with pitchers with mid to upper 90 mph velocity and strong cut and movement on their pitches.
