    any drill where butts are below their knees will cause injury and eliminate any benefit. These drills are high risk and cause unnecessary wear and tear on knees.

      Incorrect statement that's like saying never go past 90° on squats or never do Nordic curls, or pistol squats or front lunges or hop lunges
