My first holiday abroad was to Arenal in 1969, I was 8yrs old and fell in love with the Bell boy/concierge at the hotel, whom was 13yrs old. Great memories. Thanks steve

There is a nice traditional Restaurant called Las Serenas near the Harbour which is popular with locals. We only had a coffee as was fully booked. Good reviews & location.
Must visit again soon.

1987 I went to Arenal with 2 friends, Piccalilli square was great. Our first night I got thrown in the pool!!! Fun times 😂

@SteveandAnitainMallorca well do then in that heat walking all that way ur lucky cus the weather is not good here very bad for mid July if it don't warm up soon we will have a sort summer and a he'll of a long winter 😒.so I'll be pleased to get off in sun in Sept corfu hopefully have a lovely day and give a cheer for England 😁
