I don't comment often - but had to say this is one of my favorite series you've done so far. P’You is so fun to watch - truly impressed with his knowledge and excitement! His English speaking is also truly impressive. Lots of respect!
I’m from the extreme north of the Philippines and this food is so precious. The council of elders in our place are regulating the consumption of these delicious palms so it would not disappear in the future.
@@BigOnSpiceMarkWiens I was so happy and over the moon to receive a reply from you. I have been watching your videos continuously over three years. Your work is amazing and you help us travel with you virtually. Lots of love and blessings to you and your loving family.

Mark, here in Brazil we call 'palmito' and it is a traditional food here, but culturally consumed by natives of the Amazon, also consumed with honey as a sweet
Through these days of capital worship and chaos caused by Corona virus pandemic, this video serious proved that it is still possible for humans to live with harmony to nature and never go hungry. The current situation also taught humanity that how modern and scientific you think you are but nature teach us time and again that balance of power still hold b6 nature.
Mark - your host was so awesome, and when he took his first bite of the Fishtail Palm, cooked in fresh coconut milk, he sounded a bit like you; "Oh Wow!" :)
I would like to see more of the wife and children. Especially the kids cause impressing them and the ones online with more variety and being open to trying new things is so important. Seeing your kids trying new things would inspire other kids. 💕 great work!
palm hearts are one of my favourite foods. I grow them and there is nothing fresher and more delicious than fresh palm hearts. but I only get a few every year.
