My best advice: Enjoy the fountains show on RUclips, and never enter the city's perimeter. The fountains are made to trap humans.

I saw this live, and the only thing that would've made the experience better was if Lady Gaga jumped from the fountains below onto a stage. This was an amazing show. Videos do not do the Bellagio Fountains justice.
