Battery Grip for NIKON Cameras | Tutorial
Big help getting the door off my new D3300! Thanks! Also appreciate the great service I got from you as an Amazon customer!
another great video thanks fro your time I wonder if this battery work with Nikon D3300 D3400 D3500
Hi, of those 3 cameras it will not work only with the D3500.
This is value added for me. Thanks.
Thank you!
Just ordered Izzy...I can't wait to test it out this weekend!!!
great!
Digital Goja When using with the Nikon D5300 the additional side shutter button is only recording video and does not work as a simple camera shutter release button!!! Am I doing something wrong???
Make sure your camera is pointing at the silver button for pics and if it's been reconfigured then go to menu and do a reset.
Is the 3.5 jack used just for the shutter release button on the grip? I want to know if the battery will still work without plugging in that jack.
Hi Michael, the jack is only to shoot vertical.
Thanks for the info.
You're welcome Billy Onunga! Thanks for watching!
Hi there, I got this power batteryt for my Nikon d3300 and my camera can not use the battery. My battery is 7.2V 1230mAh 8.9Wh and that I got today is 7.4V 1500mAh 11.1Wh. So I bought it because i need an extra battery. What i can do now?
Hi, the battery you purchased is slightly stronger but that should not affect its compatibility.
im waiting for you guys to finish making a hss flash.. when??????? lol i like your products...i have alot flashes "altura" but i really need a hss so bad
Yeaa. Thank you
i got one more question since this is a new product will we get a 2 yrs warranty,, you know things that are very new. have some problems.....
I purchased this off amazon for $40 and mine did not come with a GPS vertical shooting cable. It also seems to not even have an available side cover to even access a GPS port. I have the Vivitar Series 1 Deluxe Power Grip as shown in the video. (D3400)
Hi, you should contact the seller of the grip so they can assist you, we do not have these grips anymore.
Mine didn't have it...You turn vertical shooting line matching with other white line then it good to go
What happened if i don't connect it with the cable, did the battery still work because i don't really need the vertical shutter(potrait)
Hi, you will need to connect it with the cable as it will not work without it.
Is it fit for d3400? And the vertical shut is it working?
You will need the BG-N12 grip for it and it depends on the model if the vertical shutter will work.
Does it fit to nikon 3500.?
Hi, unfortunately, it does not.
@@DigitalGojaUSA thank you very much!
Hi, I would like to know which battery does this grip use first and how could I realize when it switch to the second battery so I can charge the other one while I use the camera.
Hello again, thank you so much for your answer, that was very useful! :)

Hi Wesam! The battery grip mentioned is only compatible with the Nikon D5300 D5200 D5100 DSLR cameras.

I just got a battery grip for my Nikon d7100 and I don't know if I have to leave the original battery in.. so I can have 2 or I have to take out and leave the one with the battery grip
+Jorge n Sindy Cortez Hi Jorge! You will have to take the battery out of your camera before attaching the grip. Once you attach the grip you can use two batteries at the same time, including your original battery.
+Digital Goja but if i take the battery out from my camera and i put the battery grip on. How do i put it back if is going to be cover by the battery grip... I
+Jorge n Sindy Cortez You will have to put both batteries in the battery grip. Once the grip is installed you can no longer put the battery on the camera itself.
+Digital Goja ok. but my battery grip for nikon d7100 has only one space for one battery. so where do I put my original battery. . do I put it back in my camera and then the battery grip..
+Jorge n Sindy Cortez Hi Jorge! Sorry about the confusion, but yes, what you can do is keep your battery in the camera and the other battery inside the grip at the same time.
Are there any good battery grips for the Nikon D3500?
Hello Thatguyy75. Unfortunately, Nikon doesn't offer a vertical or battery grip for the D3500.
Digital Goja does Nikon supply any kind of battery grip for the D3500?
Will this work on the Nikon D3400? thanks
Hi Jose! Unfortunately it won't work with the Nikon D3400.
Does it have the AF button on the back? I don't use shutter for focusing
It does not have it.
i got one battery grip for a nikon d3300 with the original battery and an extra one that is a little less powerfull, my problem here is that once my camera dry the power of one battery it doesnt change to the other one, instead the camera locks the shutter and ask me to replace the battery... i am confused.
Hi, that could be a problem with the battery inside as it could be defective.
What grip should i use for a D3400?
Hi Mihai! Nikon has not released a battery grip compatible with the Nikon D3400.
@@DigitalGojaUSA Have they released one by now?
@@Joseph-jf9pb Unfortunately, not yet.

Unfortunately, it needs the cable for full functionality.

Hi there, unfortunately this grip will not work with your Nikon D5500.
Is there any other grip or Nikon original grip so that i can use the grip's shutter release button with out wire?
Hi Dron! We haven't seen any cordless alternative. The cord is required to communicate the grip with your camera.
Thanks

Any grip for the F70D Panorama?
Hello, Erik. Are you referring to the Nikon D70?
Works on D3300 right?
Hi there +Kryptonite! The battery grip in the links is compatible with Nikon D5300 D5200 D5100 cameras only. Unfortunately we are out of battery grips for the D3300 at the moment.
What lens is that
It is the standard 18-55mm lens from Nikon.
You need to insert BOTH batteries at the same time, otherwise, the camera only picks up (1) battery.
Wlil this work on the Nikon d3300? thanks

We have many, you can remove any grip from any camera body, the same way that you mounted it. If you are not able to remove it then take it to a professional.
