I love this series, but would love to see Broke VS Mid-Tier VS Pro setups/systems where you have a budget for each tier. For people like myself, I likely won’t buy a RTX 4080 but I might buy a 4070 if it’s justifiable 🤷♂️
In RUclips world your either Rich or your Broke.. I don't do the PC thing. I don't play any online stuff in any shape or form. So my PS5 and 65"C1 OLED is perfect for me. Offline story-driven games ON DISC I'd the only thing that makes gaming worth putting money into.

Honestly its thanks to videos like these that i've accumulated what is my gaming setup at the moment. Ken's right, its crazy how you can get high refresh rates monitors these days for so cheap! Keyboards? Look during Black Friday or Boxing Day, sometimes you can find good brands like Rosewill for 50$! Mouse? Surplus stores, that's where i got my G603 for 60$ and its a mouse that normally retails for 100$! The next upgrade of mine? Going Ryzen after using Phenom II for 13 years!
You know what'd be a really fun video idea? If you invited some fans out for this series and they got the PC parts at micro center or something and played against each other in different games. I'd be so down for that.

I got the blue switches but upgraded some of the keys with some gateron browns (spacebar, WASD, enter) love the hot swap and I would recommend that budget oriented peeps buy this as a starter mechanical keyboard
I bought one to keep as a spare. Really amazed for the price. My other keyboards are Royal Kludge and feel better but for 3 times the price. I got yellows in them.
as someone who uses magegee products. i can honestly say that if you're looking for a good mouse or keyboard. buy one from magegee. i own the same keyboard that they show in the video and its really good

Ken should have found one of the cheap mech boards with the Gateron optical switches and probably gone with like a Red Dragon mouse...he also should have spent some time doing cheap mods to the keyboard to make it feel/sound better to get a few bonus points. Sure, it might have made his entire setup cost like $200 total instead of $177, but there was definitely some wiggle room there to do small improvements that would have made a big difference...oh and I personally use a pair of MPow gaming headphones (that I got for like $12 from Walmart) which sound pretty good and have a decent mic). Since I'm actually broke, I know how it is to have to find the best deals while still trying to get decent functionality out of your gear.

I actually have that same Voyee Controller, & it doesn't feels bad like Mat saying it as is, it's really good for the price, maybe because he got a bit of bigger hands But anyway, Ken were pretty smart, maybe not the keyboard or the mouse, but everything else felt pretty great for that total spending
KZ earbuds are the best value since 25 cent ramen packs, hard to believe you can get 20 dollars earbuds that are on par or better than 200 dollar wireless earbuds...not to mention you can make your kzs wireless too!

My homie lives in an RV, plays warzone on a ps4 slim with original controller. He consistently drops 30+ kills, many final circles and lots of wins. I could give him a 4090, high end m&k, 5million FPS and he would still drop 30+. Skill is skill and thats that.

I highly recommend the new Razer Leviathan 2 THX. It costs $10 to set up the THX, that kind of sucks but otherwise, these are banging speakers. Plus, you don't even need to use your motherboards crappy audio drivers. No more Asus audio issues!!!

ive seen every broke vs pro, and i think that was the best austin has ever done in cs go. so i do think that set up did help austin
