I have personally made a introduction of Bao Ding Kuai Jiao Series. 108 pillars. Hands, eyes, posture, application, steps, spirit, breath, energy, strength and speed. I will systematically introduce the characteristics and style of Bao Ding Kuai Jiao one unit per week from today onwards.
