To charge a 100 watts/hr box from 50% charge to full using the 13 watt panel, it will take about 50/13 hours, that is almost 4 hours. That is if the panel is 100% efficient, which none are. I have one of those briefcase panels and it is good in emergencies. I like they will still produce a charge in cloudy days, not all panels can do that. Yes, the output will be diminished and charging the device will take longer, but in a pinch something is better than nothing.
Keep checking various Walmart or Harbor freight locations can also check online....will be cheapest if can get in store...if not can get it online but price is just much higher

Nothing, not sure, should be able to just plug one of the adapters into Go Power plus and the Thunderbolt briefcase solar panel
i can't find it in Miami..sad...
