The dumb people who make these bad decisions not understanding the importance of a character is what cause good series like this to flop. Maggie Q is a underrated actress she deserves lead staring action roles because she definitely is capable of delivering. I hope some sane person brings her back in lead staring action series. The way she died was anticlimactic. She was so smart and strong the whole series, and that’s the way she died? She died at the hand of a guy who was caught easily the next episode? She deserved better. That’s one problem I have with this show. Season 1’s ending was underwhelming as well. However, the theme of the entire series is very similar to The Dark Knight. Hannah Wells was the only character that stayed true. She died a hero. Tom Kirkman lived long enough to watch himself turn into the villain. While I did like the season 3 finale, I didn’t like season 3 as a whole, as the show was turning into a soap opera with all the relationships and cheating with characters we didn’t even care about. Seasons 1 and 2 didn’t do that crap. I really didn’t care about Dante’s relationship, along with Aaron’s relationship trouble at all. It was stupid to waste so much air time with that “teen drama.” I missed Mike, Lyor, Tom’s brother, his son, etc. They all just vanished. Season 3 changed the show drastically. It was extremely frustrating. I wanted Tom to have an amazing, uncompromising victory for the end, but part of me enjoyed the realistic ending of power taking over his ideals. You could see him slowly change throughout season 3, something that did not happen at all in seasons 1 and 2. That’s what made him so special, but such are power and politics. Overall, I think Netflix fucked up a very good show that I wish ABC was able to hold onto.
It made sense that she dies..lesson learned here is don't always go solo and i think she knows that everytime she does it, there's a risk that she might die..

When watching the show, I was more interested in Hannah's segments then the other characters, heck I even wanted a spin-off that focused entirely on Hannah. Then when Season 3 came along, I was excited to see what they would do with her character... And then the directors decided to kill off her and that pretty much ruined the show for me.

This is so fucking dumb Netflix always does this with any series they touch. 3rd season was all over the place with random russian planes, bio terror, and they got rid of chuck and lyor with 0 explanation and they do this random shit with emilies mom dying which was just depressing and so unnecessary like wtf were they thinking. Then they kill off hannah which is the dumbest fucking thing ever. From the start there was the balance of the hannah on the field with action scenes and investigations and tom with politics and they just took that and threw it in the trash. Worst ending to a series I've ever seen they literally couldn't not have fucked this up worse than they have.
