My friend's mom used to make the easiest and simplest sloppy joes and they tasted fantastic. Just ketchup and mustard mixed in browned ground beef. That's it. Me and my friend would make it when she wasnt around and they turned out just as good.
This video was so efficient. Thanks for getting right to it & including a shopping list for screenshots! I’m a vegetarian but I can modify this recipe into something that’ll work for my whole family. Your meal looks delicious. Thank you for the inspo (and again, the shopping list!)
Richard, nice recipe & you are right that this is way better than anything in a can & we do not even buy manwich or eat it which seems to be the most popular brand
@@RICHARDINTHEKITCHEN I am hanginin' in there even though the heart test didn't go to well, I have about 5-7 tests in the next 3 or so weeks, have some kind of test for 3 hours/radiation so they can see the heart arteries as it softens them better & see how much blockage, aggravated, disgusted, disappointed with all of this mess
This recipe looks very similar to what my mother used to make years ago. But I haven't been able to find her recipe. I am going to try this for sure Richard!
Hell good people! It may be just me but I can't help but point out that the recipe he voices over in the video is not what is listed in the description. Did I miss something here?
48 seconds, right to the dang point. Bonus for “yeller mustard” and “mater paste”
You got yourself a new subscriber, mister.
Thanks so much Chad. I hope you enjoy the videos.
I'll second that! 👋😊
Thanks for watching.

Is there a substitute for onions and green peppers.
Yes. You can skip it or use chives, carrots or celery. Thanks for watching
Mater paste! 😂 I like the way he talks it reminds me of Paul buttrum from green acres. Sauce looks good too
lol. Thanks for watching.
You have such a cute accent! I just want to hug you.

Thank you
Thanks for watching.
What if you don’t have brown sugar? ( I have white )
You can sub white for brown. Thanks for watching.

I agree it’s out of order but it really don’t matter if you start with the veggies or ground beef. It all ends up in the result. Thanks for watching.
I dont care if theres a better recipe out there. I will now forever make only this recipe because of the mater paste and yeller mustard
LOL. Thanks so much for watching and taking time to comment.
Anything is better than the manwichsanwich.
True. Thanks for watching.
The recipe doesn’t say how much worsteshire sauce to put in there and it says a small tomato paste
Sorry about that. A small can of mater sauce is the 6oz can. Use about 1-2 tablespoons of Worcestershire. Thanks for watching.
