Dude it's fake as hell rewatch,damage on cars there and then not,the leveler needle isnt accurate neither are penalties times,shredder's front end got wasted in earlier like his rearend was hammered but in later episodes more parts still there?and later episodes shows him zip tying his front clip but in episode 10 its brand new so woke
As someone who's interested into cars hyper drive is a great show every contestant actually cheers regardless of how they compete to make it interesting and I love how made courses in a time trail that would challenge people who are good at drifting, the commentary is good but other than that it's great
Definitely a really fun experience, got super into it when it first came out. Perhaps my only qualm would be that fact that the majority of the stunts seem to favor vehicles that can throw the back out in one way or another, especially when every one of those metal plates HAVE to be hit with the back end. If the show keeps doing that, then the competition might go from "everyone is here" to "majority drifters and rally racers". A drag racer or circuit car that's designed to be glued to a track won't stand a chance (unless some cheese is pulled, like using the side door *coughcough*). I think all they have to do in that case is allow the plates to be hit with any part of the car, and they can keep the wide range of driver demographic that they want. Other than that, REALLY good show!
also Remember because some motorsport fans never seen drifting before. like WTF1 which they are new to drifting since they were only focus on F1. also ken block did so many attempts to perfect his gymkhana videos

Never seen before stunts lmao. Drifting has been around for years and ken block has set the bar way to high for these dudes to compete.

Ken block does several takes and at least gets to run his course first
