You can make this version easier, if you modify it. It depends on what you find hard. If the right hand chords are too hard, play octaves or even just the melody. It’s hard to get around the jumping left hand, but you could play bass note with pinky and chord without jumping. If you spend some time on it, you should be able to work out what you want to play.
