    1 rep max has huge effect. Go try it before you know it. You will feel like he does, "almost passing out". once you know how much that weighs, just lining up to do it will hurt and will make you shake your head and think of all the reasons why you don't want to do this at this time. Double beasts take the soul out of you; most people can't even come close.

    • @user-qy2iz9du7p
      @user-qy2iz9du7p 10 дней назад

      No it’s actually easier. Weight is over your wrist not off to the side of a dumbbell. This isn’t impressive in the slightest. Most men could do this with zero training.

    It's crazy strong and I admit I may not even reach that level of strength (I'm just starting and I can barely press a single 32 kg bell at 180 lb bw) but I really want to see this with good form i.e. no jumping and the press is not jerked up.
    Still, 2 x 48 kg is 2 x 106 lb and that's monstrous in my book.

      anima099 wtf do you mean good form? You're stupid as fuck. Jeeez man people like you annoy the shit out of me, and you're right, you never will reach this level of strength, because your ego issues are so fucked that you'll likely quit looooong before then. Btw, try being less stupid, it might help you a bit. FOR INSTANCE- before feeling threatened by someone's achievement and feeling the need to attempt to take something away from that persons achievement (ex. Criticizing their "form" with a backhanded compliment/subtle chirp.) realize that there is more than one exercise, and that this is the correct form for said exercise. Got it? Moron..
