Small Mario is obviously the most O.P., let me explain, having a powerup can cause players to become careless more, but players used to the games of Mario often pull off stunning plays and keep themselves alive in situations they'd often get hit multiple times if they had a powerup. It's powerful because it makes everyone nervous to be small Mario in a boss battle, so they play so carefully, and in normal levels it can help non explorers be more exploratory trying to get a powerup. Powerups can be fun, but being small, it really gets the feeling of mortality ramped up. Besides, having a fire flower or big guy against a Bowser battle, lots of people use invincibility frames to hit the axe or whatever, needing no strategy, but being small, you gotta watch timing and hope to avoid a fireball or being jumped on completely. Though, honestly the ninja in this looked fun, reminded me of Knuckles from Sonic, being able to wall climb, it looked so similar. Thanks for sharing with everyone. Best wishes. Laters

Im pretty sure its the right way in super mario 1. As its fire breath bursts and not fire balls.
this game uses Hello Engine, its a mario engine that have A *LOT* of cool games, a lot of them i played in my childhood, like mario shine expedition, mario game master/mario editor (basically the same game) super mario eclipse, shroom project, abducted toad, mario fused, and veery others, i highly recommend you guys to player more games
i recommend start with mario shine expedition and mario fused, my favorites!

The Title theme is a SNES Remix of “Can You Feel The Sunshine” from Sonic R, and the invincibility theme is the Metal Mario theme from Super Mario 64.
Personally, art is kinda like smb and smb3 mixed, movements are like smw, very cool

This game seems to have some pretty unique ideas! I like how it incorporates a variety of elements from various Mario games, yet it still works out nicely for the most part.

This is the Long Island Ice Tea of Mario games, a little bit of everything, a lot of fun, but you don't regret it in the morning.

When you think about it, the backward Bowser fire is actually frontward. It's in the original game that it's backward. The core of the fireball has flames trailing behind it. In Mario 1, the core of the fireball has flames ahead of it.
#supermario Very interesting and creative game (with great gameplay, greatest #fun, Karate and Ninja suits or power ups, #funny moments, background music and sounds and designed levels too), Darby. I am very enjoyed (with waiting for more episodes and new levels and worlds too; I like green color), our #btg dude.

I didn't expected the "smooth pixels" style to look so GOOD on Mario. Then again, it was never meant to be displayed in crystal clear HD to begin with.

Hay Hay Darby BTG... iam still here (for now) I know i keep repeating, but i just want to let you know i am still following, just i am in hospital and the WIFI is bad, but for some magical reason i have a connection today, so i am able to watch the AWESOME BTG Darby today (will i able too tomorrow, unknown) so i am on a binge to catch up . This was sweet, i am always impressed at how people can create so many different styles with Mario.. esp a fan. I love it. I love the different sizes of Gomba's and he Donkey sound is a cool treat.
