That is a really slick setup, and the first I have seen with integrated safety features. The only thing I can think of changing out would be to replace the friction retention holster with one of their Rapid Force active retention holsters. Active retention is good to have. Another great vid man!

Thanks. Yes I totally agree about the active retention holster. I asked them about it and they don't have it available for the P226. But I think they do for the P320 and many other brands as well. I really like having these built in tourniquets... Lots can go wrong and especially as a novice!

I've wondered about the difference between this and the safariland drop leg setups. Seems like this is a pretty solid setup. Thanks for the vid!

I think this will be a suitable option for most general enthusiasts who are looking to train and grow with the hobby. I can't say for sure this will be the same as battle tested gear but heck yes this is nice stuff!

Definite No Go and a waste of money. Then you say ratchet them, and then you still have to apply a stand alone tourniquet?...lol!! No!!! Carry an IFAK on your belt and save yourself from bleeding. Those things look quirky, and are definitely gimmicky. All the time you speed on one of those could be utilized on applying a STAGED TQ.
Sorry a NO for sure here...

This is not meant to be a stand alone or take the place of a CAT7 or similar. It's only purpose is to keep you in the fight and buy you time to get to cover or assistance where you can put one on. It prevents you from having to holster or set down your weapon in order to have both hands free.

@@mission7tactical I guess my issue is that in the time it may take to twist that thing you could have already applied a pre-staged tourniquet.
Either way will cost you time used to apply them, except that kit you show is going to cost you twice the time to then have to apply both.
Not to mention what if you wear a battle belt and holster with your kit that already exist?
Not dumping stuff I need that is more important to put up a pre-tourniquet, before I apply a real torniquet..
Maybe, it's just me though.. But Dumb Idea!!!
